The design of the hotel was just so perfect. Modern, clean, charming... Beautiful balcony view, underground parking. We had a perfect stay. The staff is very pro and lovely despite the lack of english. We were the only tourists not coming from Central Europe during our stay (which is not negative at all). The apartment was also very clean.

Not so many options for vegetarian even though gluten options are available. But it was still very good with good quality food.

The style and modern design. Fairly small and cozy.

Dining options. Dinner being available only from 6-9PM while spa and massage is available until 9pm. No a La cart option nor restaurant in the nearby location is available . Thus unless you shorten yr spa one won’t have a dinner at this property. We have run for dinner at 8:20 and were told by waiter that we are last and late…

Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

I would prefer more vegan options in breakfast service. Comfy essentials were poor.

Room was very clean and spacious , the beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Hotel has 2 meals - breakfast and supper, both were good and in the supper there was a change of dishes every day. Good place for parking close to the entrance. Sauna and pool area are nice and clean. They had also a ping pong table and basketball outside.

The rooms did not have AC at all, although it was quite cold at night. There is a construction that is going on the facility next to the parking, some trucks come and go from time to time.

Hotel si really nice, comfortable and modern. It is located near highway, and Tatranska zeleznicka. You can use this railway to get to any part of High Tatras. Staff was lovely and polite. Food was tasty. What we have really enjoyed was the spa. Eventhough the staff warned us, that they are almost booked out, so we should book our massages in advance, the pools, saunas and spa's chairs were always available. There are three saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool and pool for kids. We have also used the bar, which was quite modern and offered beer from local brewer. The overall feeling was great and we had really enjoyed our stay there.

The only one thing that surprised me was the fact that drinks during dinner were not for free, but we had to pay for them. This would made no problem if we had known about it and were informed. We have not received any drink menu during first night, from what we could have choose our bevarage, but we had to ask the staff for it. On our second dinner we received the menu on time.

The hotel offers varied selection of dishes what makes you more comfort if you have any diets. The location is alco very goods. Thank you

I recommend more sunbeds to place to relaxation room in wellnes part. 5 sunbeds is not enough once tha hotel is fully booked. There is enough place in the room, so why not to place more sunbeds?? Thank you

Almost a brand new hotel. Nice room and great bed. The wellness was also very good but we would have been happier not to listening the music and having a more comfortable chair insted of the wood chair. Very calm atmosphere around the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit simply for a four stars hotel during our four-day stay. Coffee and tea consumed were not replaced in our room and cups remained dirty for the whole stay even if I complained on the first morning. We did not feel that we were really welcomed.

Breakfast and dinner were nice. The amount of options to chose from were good and the taste was also nice. Rooms were clear, staff was friendly and the hotel is just super nice. The playing room for kids is well equipped and big. I would go back!

If there's one thing to mention, then it is the vegetarian option during dinners. There is an option, but it's fairly simple compared to the non-vegetarian options.

We stayed in april 2022 in an big apartment. Everything is new, very clean. I would definetly recommend this for a family with kids. A fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathroom, a nice terrace and big screen TV will delight you. Hotel staff is very friendly. They have 2 pools ( one for kids the other ine only 1.3 m deep), 3 saunas, a kids play room and outside amenities for children. You are 15 min by car from Strbske Pleso, supermarket ( Lidl ) is about 10 min by car and Poprad 20 min away which has many sports gear shops, malls, supermarket. You won t find restaurants in the nearby, the hotel offers a 19 euro buffet lunch. I would recommend shopping for groceries.

The only downside would be breakfast which is really poor for a 4 star hotel, not many vegetarian options but if you are a keen meat eater it will be ok.
