Excellent new, fresh hotel, Excellent breakfast, Excellent location, Underground Parking -50 zloty.

New hotel in the city center. Good clean rooms. The room has everything you need: shampoo, gel, conditioner, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Water, tea, and coffee for guests. There is a kettle for heating water. Curtains - blackout. The room is quiet. There is a large TV in the room, but unfortunately, you can’t, for example, broadcast YouTube on it. There are not many channels, mostly all Polish. There are no children's channels or I could not find it. The breakfast is simple but everything is fresh and tasty. There are desserts, coffee, and various Dilmah teas. The hotel is well suited for business travel. There is underground parking but paid. Nice gym.

Buffet breakfast was superb, wide array of choices and delicious! The whole staff were very hospitable, accommodating and extremely helpful. We stayed for 7 days and everyone treated me and my son like "family." Special mention to the front desk staff and manager, Izabela Buraczewska. We came from Canada and our trip to Bialystok was to see my Polish wnuk and celebrate his 3rd birthday. Isabela went out of her way in helping me order a custom-made cake for my grandson on short notice. The birthday celebration was a success and everyone enjoyed the cake from the cukiernia she recommended. Also, the dining staff were all great and did their best to communicate in English (particularly Vlad? - one of the male servers. Pardon me if I got his name wrong). The hotel's location is a stone's throw from the famous Lipowa Street and so accessible to all the beautiful places and attractions of the city. We will definitely stay again in this hotel the next time we visit Bialystok. More power to the management and staff!

For some reason, the room keys had to be reactivated almost every day. It was a bit of a hassle to go to the reception to have this done.

Brekfast are really Good ! Pink waffles my child especially loved. Everything fresh, cleen, smells great Iron available in room- without need to specially ask Tea, coffee, water still and sparkling included Breakfast till 11 so plenty of time Lots of families staying here so feels cozy and alive

Not enough parking in property. We had none upon arrival and I was nervous to leave my car with many belongings inside on street at night as we travel with car. It affected my sleep quality too actually

Very central located hotel surrounded by many restaurans and sightseeing places. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was quite various and was really enough from what to choose. I got a spacious room with couch inside, so I was really happy with the room.

Windows were located to the inside garden where the trash truck started working at 6AM every morning. Underground parking is available only for extra fee, but it's very small and maybe too small if you travel by SUV car. As the hotel belongs to Hilton chain, the underground parking should be included into the accommodation price.

Perfect and easy to reach location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent dinner and breakfast! Especially liked the fresh made waffles for breakfast. Nice buffet selection for breakfast as well, nothing crazy but just enough for all tastes. The room was quiet and clean as can be.

The only gripe we had is that the mattresses were a bit hard to our comfort, but realistically that's a matter of personnal preference, so I wouldn't really bother with it unless you're really sensitive.

Very good breakfast, warm meals are changing on daily basis which is very rare to see. Room is with a corner to sit, which can be transformed into an extra sleeping bed for the kid. I loved the lobby bar/restaurant design, has a corner for smaller kids to play, Parking on weekends near the hotel is free of charge. Perfect location, just in the city center.

The bed felt too soft.

The property was ideally placed 10 minutes walk from the bus and train stations and 5 minutes from the main attractions in the city centre. The hotel was bright, spacious and comfortable. The allocated room was the same and spotlessly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the staff I encountered were polite and courteous. Adrian on reception was particularly helpful. Thank you. if I hadn’t needed to move on the following day I would have happily stay on an extra day. if I am ever back in Bialystok or have friends visiting I would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you for a very relaxing and comfortable days stay.

Location is perfect near all the restaurants and bars just down the main street. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. We stayed in Queens room with 4y kid, so the sofa was so spacious, you can stay there with two kids :) Room was clean, cozy, had AC. the sound isolation was perfect. Underground parking is 50 zl per night, the parking on the street near hotel is free on weekends.

There was a new staff member in registration when we stayed, so could not get the useful information we needed as she did not speak English well.

Clean and spacious rooms with lots of daylight and good lighting. Comfy bed with good quality linens. Soft towels. Location is a very short walk from the city old centre. Large covered parking lot but also public parking in front is available. Would go back most definitely.

Breakfast could have a wider choice, but it's not too limited either.
