big hotel room location good breakfast very big bathroom

not our style - I think would be nice to do some renovation in this hotel. old style: old bed, couch. The lamp switch was mounted in the middle of the bed, so we turned the light on several times with our head at night while sleeping. An ill-conceived solution. No contact outlet by the beds. missing coffee machine in the room

great place and very comfortable for transportation/sightseeing. especially if you decided to explore the mountains - this location is very close. no noise from outside even though the road is close. the grocery store is a few minutes walk. did not hear the neighbors as well. food in the restaurant for breakfast is tasty and has variety of options. coffee is great - additional thank you for this. the rooms are big and confortable, the conditions of all equipment and renovation is excellent. the staff is professional and welcoming.

Most of all I'd like to thank the staff. Always smiley, always professional and helps to solve any of your questions. The receptionist helped me to order flowers, call a taxi, gave tips about local cafes and spas. We came from the long trip but immediately felt like in a proper place to relax. Thank you for this! It is a classic hotel, some old-fashioned stuff could be replaced (e.g. the room telephone is quite old and became yellow, same for temperature regulators and other plastic details). We had a sofa and a chair in the room, and it was great as it was very convenient to seat there in the evenings. Parking is located just in front of the hotel, also taxi comes straight to the entrance. You don't get wet in rainy weather while walking to the building.

The staff, especially the bar staff and housekeeping were superb. Parking appeared safe and extensive. The rooms were large, well appointed and the facilities were extensive. Breakfast was consistently fresh, extensive with super service and attention. Air con in a time of high 30 degree heat.

Perhaps a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

I felt myself like in Vienna Green surrounding. Good starting point for walk to mountain

No sockets for charging Mobil phone near beds. Something wrong with the lamps turn off/turn on button. Would be good to have turn off for all lamps button on the entrance and near bed

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The bar is well stocked and the breakfast buffet extensive. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. I recommend staying on the 4th floor for the best views!

There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. This would be a nice little touch for those guests who like to start their day with a coffee or tea in bed.

solid traditional decor, large rooms, nice lounge & restaurant area. good for groups. good restaurant.

bathtub was tall & hard to get in and out of. the shower curtain leaked.

Weak wi-fi on 3rd floor, dirty sofa, no coffee in the room, connectionless minibar, only one 220V plug in the room next to the table, no plugs next to the bed

Breakfast was really good. You had a variety of choices, although replenishment wasn't fast enough.

Pillows were too thin, and the extra pillow was too small. You should give two big pillows per guest. Also, I requested a double bed and what you had were just two single beds put together.

..The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and big. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location for trekking.

The personel was not wearing face masks. It was a big issue to order drinks in the hotel bar ten minutes before the closing time. The lift was extremely slow.
