Nice sized room, clean, hotel has its own private parking.

Wi-fi practically only at the reception area, the signal did not reach our room. Also almost no signal in the room (the internet was not accesible even with my own data/roaming). Our room was on the ground floor and VERY dark. We only stayed one night so we did not care, but the lack of daylight was surprising, we needed to have the lights on at all times or it was really dark. This may only be the issue with rooms facing the inner court & downstairs. Also the other hotel guests chatting and drinking in the inner court area (basically just outside our windows ) until midnight were a bit annoying.

Good location, clean and modest. The staff were friendly and attentive. There is also a hotel parrot called Franek who is a delight.

The walls aren’t well sound proofed so the noise fr9’ the outside tends to seep into the hotel and the locals can be very noisy. The hotel guests can also sometimes be busy coming back late and unfortunately the walls don’t keep that noise out.

For the breakfast we could select many of options. Large selection of fruits, sweets and even breads. Nice seating and spacious room. Interior decoration was excellent and nicely presented creating unique ambience and pleasant feeling. In mid size city is created wonderful hotel with the Italian motifs

Unique and very clean, helpful staff could offer ordering the taxi for and from hotel.

The hotel Wenecki in Czestochowa is located in the centre, near the alley leading to Jasna Gora. A short walk from the hotel is the Zabka store, where food is available, open every day from 9 am to 9 pm. The hotel has its own atmosphere, it is older but you feel at home here. There is a talking parrot at the reception, the staff is polite. At the reception, they spoke good English. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me earlier than I requested when booking. The rooms are nicely furnished, double bed and two armchairs, the bathroom has been renovated with a shower. In the room, there is a kettle for making tea, and coffee, accompanied by Taktiez half a litre bottle of mineral water free of charge. Inside, I liked the paintings in the interior, which reminded me of Venice, with masks, paintings, and large mirrors. The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection, of excellent rye bread, dairy products, boiled eggs, salamis, ham, fresh fruit, a vending machine and very friendly staff. I felt at home, the lady was preparing fresh yeast and omelettes. However, they must be paid separately. The hotel is exceptional in its atmosphere as if you returned in time to Venice and its relaxed atmosphere.

The street needs renovation and a more pleasant neighbourhood of the hotel would be lovely . On the other hand, as an alone travelling woman, I felt safe.

Very very big spaciuose room, parking next to room window, good breakfast, the parrot in yard.

Quite long distance from monastery. A/C not working. Room was not fully ready: bed was made for 2 instead of 3, no towels or toilet paper. We needed to ask additionally.

Nice place to stay in Częstochowa, great location in the city centre, with lots of pubs and restaurants within a short walking distance. The room was nice and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. There’s also a free closed parking lot for guests, and the reception is open 24/7. Would recommend :)

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, it’s probably not the best option for you.

I love this hotel, it's my favorite hotel to come back to of anywhere I go. I'm a writer and I'd stay here for a month if I could. It's not fancy but it's not basic at all, it's very comfortable. Decorating is cute mixed traditional/retro in a quasi Polish-Italian way (Wenecki = Venetian), and the seating spaces around the hotel are cozy and you can settle in and work there on your computer or read, when you're not at Jasna Gora. The staff are very nice and flexible and helpful. The breakfast has more options than you can eat, including made-to-order eggs or apple pancakes, and the lady in charge is like your Polish mama. No English but not needed. They upgrade your room if it's available, which happened both times I came. Parking is in the interior courtyard and locked at night, but you can get in and out anytime. During busier seasons they have dinner available in the hotel. It's easy to find with a major statue of JPII and a cross in a plaza at the end of the street. About half an hour walk to Jasna Gora straight up the promenade, with restaurants and shops all the way. Bonus, they have this hilarious parrot that imitates all kinds of random international languages and sounds, it's entertaining but not obnoxious. The hotel would also be very nice for small groups, there's places to hang out together and it would feel like an intimate hub any time of year.

Nothing. Bed this time (not last time, so it probably depends on the room) was memory foam and I'm not into that, but it was still very comfortable. I'll ask for the corner room next time, #18 for example, it has a cute little balcony for a chair.

very good location when traveling. Car parking. Very good attitude towards animals. Fantastic staff.

Just one little thing (considering that we stayed here for the fourth year in a row) - change the pillows! …. but we travel with ours 🤣

Great location for a visit to Jasna Góra which was within walking distance. Very cosy hotel, cute balcony, and a lot of attention to detail to guests' needs and comfort. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

Hotel located right in the center of town. Easy walking to a lovely center area park and shopping area. Fun outdoor bars in this area. breakfast was lovely. the rooms had a fun carnival appeal in decorations. Very intimate and cozy.

Parking is very narrow, but still worked well.
