Location is perfect, cleanliness is very good, breakfast is exceptional. Food overall is really great over there. However, for place to get a perfect score you need people, and all personnel we have met "U Jana" did deliver. They are very nice, polite and professional. We felt really welcomed and very comfortable " U Jana", and therefore, we sincerely recommend this facility. Maximum score from us. Cheers!!

The room was very spacious, with big beds and lots of storage room. We loved the restaurant and morning breakfast. The light inside the restaurant was insanely beautiful . Very friendly staff.

It was wayyyyy too cold for us inside the rooms and the heating system was off ( we were told it was the town that switched it off). We understand that the walls could be still cold after winter. We do understand but still-we slept in our daily clothes.

The location this hotel is situated on the main square with bars and restaurants all around. The size of the rooms are impressive. The hotel included a very good breakfast and the restaurant did very good reasonable price food all day. The bar and the restaurant was busy with locals and guests most evenings.

Inside the shower toilet area in the room the boiler was exposed meaning anyone could adjust the settings this should be enclosed. There was no lift my room was on the 3rd floor.

Directly on the main square in Tarnow, the hotel is very historical. Very large room, a little funky, furnished in 70's "modern" furnishings. Excellent restaurant.

The heat wave with temperatures in the 30's could not be help with just a fan. There is no air-condition.

We had a very nice apartment with two rooms and a sitting area. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms with beautiful paintings. Our children liked it very much (close to us, spacious rooms). The breakfast was from the Card. I think it is very good, so we ordered things we wanted (was included in the fee). It is sustainable (no through away food). Very friendly personal (we got additional blankets and pillows). The location is great (on the main Market place)! Parking in the weekend was free.

Everything was perfect. We are difficult customers (with 3 kids). We have chosen the hotel randomly, but it is our favorite now!

U Jana is my home in Tarnow and I am never disappointed. Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Lots of traditional character. Wonderful breakfast.

Maybe if air conditioning were available. Internet went off but staff was prompt to fix it

It's not our first time when we stay here. All the time when we are in Tarnów we stayed in this hotel. The hotel has a great restaurant, location is the best, it's directly in the city center, nice and friendly stuff. I highly recommend this place.

The location is very central, and the building is old with a nice charm. my room (apartment) was Excellent, and I used it as a basis for working remotely as well. The restaurant servers food all day, and food+coffee are excellent.

parking may be a problem for those who come by car, but that is "known"

Location at the historical center of Tarnów is a hit..Great Restaurant downstairs. Very clean and well-appointed room.

Lack of reserved parking space for hotel guests. Misleading advertising that promised "assured parking".

Location is perfect, helpful staff, good food in the restaurant downstairs, apartment layout was very convinient for us with spacious rooms. Baby bed was waiting for us in the apartment.

I didn't find my mattress comfy, but this is quite individual opinion. Shower would benefit from thermostatic tap. Was not easy to get water temperature right, specially for the kid.
