I found in this comfortable hotel, located in the old town, everything you need for a good rest: a swimming pool with water jets, a jacuzzi with hydromassage, a steam and Finnish sauna, a fitness center with a horizontal bar (!), a good kitchen, a spacious room with a quality mattress (!), and most importantly - friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, couldn't be more central in the old town. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and loved the ability to order dinner to the room. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious.

If there is one thing that I was underwhelmed with, it would be the bed duvets. We stayed in the apartment, and the bed was a decent size (king?), but instead of a large, soft duvet, we got 2 separate ones that were almost too small for us and didn't quite make the night as comfortable and warm as a proper duvet would.

Excellent location in the rebuilt old town of Elblag. There is no parking in front of the hotel, but one can easily find a space within 2-3 mins of walking. The hotel has a excellent restaurant and a cute spa. The internet was excellent

No complaints really. There is no parking, but I guess this was needed to be sacrificed in order to get the room for the swimming pool and the spa. A good trade-off in my opinion.

The hotel is well positioned, in downtown and the fitness/spa center is very convenient and well equipped. Rooms a big and the bathroom / shower is very good, Check in was fast and check out as well. Breackfast was good with a good selection and quality.

The main disappointment was one of the most necessary tools for me working traveller, unfortunately the WIFI was terribly poor in my room, I can't think, in 2021 in such a structure the WIFI would be so poor. I really hope would have been a technical problem. The connection was slow and keep breaking. At the end I had to use my phone as router.

The hotel is very central and cafes, restaurants and the river are easy to walk to. A great place to stay if you are doing a canal boat trip. Parking in the hotel is £10 or there is street parking which must be paid daily at a machine. Dinner in the hotel was very good and beautifully presented and there was a 10% discount. My room was huge with a desk, sofa and coffee making facilities. I used the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi which was very relaxing.

Really friendly and helpful reception staff. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast! Fab playroom for children.

The restaurant manager was rude to our friends, who we advised to eat in the restaurant. Which was a surprise as everyone else had been so friendly. Food still good though.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and kind. The room was clean and very spacious which was great for our toddler. The breakfast was brilliant as there was a lot to choose from. We were offered fresh pancakes or porridge in the morning for no extra cost. We will be back again soon!

There’s nothing we didn’t like about our stay

SPA ( jacuzzi , steam , pool & sauna ) in that order. Breakfast was good , room was clean and checking in were friendly.

Staff at restaurant at dinner or breakfast don’t speak English and take too much time to prepare omelet.

Room and facilities were clean Beds were very comfortable Breakfast was very decent There were minor issues with faucet and the AC - one call to the reception desk solved the issues.

Parking spaces are very narrow and you need to ask for the remote for the gate. Nobody told us about that, so we needed to call the reception desk every time we wanted to park the car. That would be ok, but it’s pretty hard to call the reception desk - either they don’t pick up the phone or there’s no signal - pretty annoying and time consuming process.

Breakfast was excellent, sauna and pool very good. Bed was comfortable, room very nice. It was a pleasure to stay there

During reservation on Booking the price for the standart double room was 79,- EUR, money was not deducted till the show up in the hotel where I paid for the room 87,16 EUR
