I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Impresja in the charming city of Gdansk, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The location of Hotel Impresja is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers convenient access to the city's major attractions, historical sites, and vibrant nightlife. Whether you're a history buff eager to explore the city's rich heritage or a food lover looking for delicious culinary delights, this hotel puts you right in the center of it all. The hotel's architecture and interior design are both elegant and modern, creating a truly luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail in the decor is exceptional, with stylish furnishings and tasteful artwork adorning every corner. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries. One aspect that truly sets Hotel Impresja apart is its exceptional staff. The hotel staff members are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the guests' needs are met. From the reception desk to the housekeeping team, everyone I encountered during my stay was warm, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding service. Their knowledge of the local area and willingness to offer recommendations and assistance truly enhanced my overall experience. The hotel's restaurant is a culinary gem in its own right. The menu offers a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, prepared with the finest ingredients. Hotel Impresja in Gdansk left me completely satisfied with my stay, as there was truly nothing I didn't like about it. From the impeccable service to the tastefully decorated rooms and the fantastic amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional experience made my visit to Gdansk truly unforgettable.

The breakfast was excellent ,but slightly disappointing that there was only rice cakes on offer for me ,although I had informed them that I was coeliac ….however I managed to buy a pack of bread from supermarket just around the corner .Most hotels now in Europe always provide gluten free bread and I was suprised that they had not done this ,it is a pain to have to carry bread with you on holiday in this day and age !

Would have preferred rooms in the old part of hotel as this is why we booked it ,for the character and old style

-Room was very clean. Supplied with 2 cans water, kettle, coffee/tea - excellent! -Very clean bathroom, with nice hand/body wash -Small desk and wardrobe - useful -Location is in a nice quiet residential street, approx. 25 mins walk from the train & bus stations. -Tram lines are very close to the end of the street and take you directly to the stations and center. -Small gym available -Nice buffet breakfast -Friendly and helpful staff!

-Single beds are very small- had to push together so I didn't fall out of the bed, lol ;) -No lock from inside, no safe, no room temperature control -Limited fruit/veggie options on breakfast buffet -Restaurant closed on Sunday -Info regarding local facilities; nearest supermarket, public transport, etc, in the room would be appreciated

The room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, and also the bathroom, with everything very clean and world-class. Overall, the building is very well maintained. The staff was exceptionally sweet and attentive, and they did make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet looked great, and they managed to offer some vegan variety, all fresh, healthy, and tasty. The location is perfect for who is coming to GUMED or any other facility in the neighbourhood. We intend to be back, and we definitely recommend it.

I can only make some suggestions. Some essential information by the breakfast buffet referencing main allergens/ingredients, and having the buffet offering planned to attend to the most frequent diet restrictions would be great. Some shock absorbers for certain doors, and signs in the common areas for the guests to mind the noise at night could also be of value for the historical part of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient - a short walk from the university and a short tramride from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I had a problem with the room and they sorted it out immediately and efficiently. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. It was overall very good value for money and I would stay there again.

The room was big enough. The bathroom was quite nice. The location was good, only a few kilometers from the city centrum. The area itself was quite nice.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the huge amount of very positive reviews about the hotel´s breakfast. However, we didn´t find it excellent. It was good but pretty basic. I find it rather odd, that they didn´t have a toaster, cornflakes, etc. The bread selection wasn´t that good. Actually, the majority of bread was quite dry and flavorless. Also, there were only three apples, so no fruits either. A bit of a disappointment, really.

Nice little hotel, exellent situation, tram station fwe minits, enviroment full of beautiful old houses and very peaceful. Great staff. Internet connection did not work at all during my stay, that was a BIG minus. When I booked the room, I had red that free wife is all over in the hotel. That is not the situation, at least in the room I stayed, same thin all over the building, only in the restaurat next door, the connection was Ok. IF you need working Wifi, make sure you get such room. Despite that inconveniense I liked my stay there and surely will visit again.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They're always available and are very helpful. The hotel is in a very quite area which was a bit scary for me at night (but the neighborhood seemed very safe). It's a bit far from Old Town (not a walking distance, especially when it's snowing) but Ubers are very affordable. The room were also a little cold.

Location

Breakfast was awesome, variety of food is great. Room is quiet and warm. Tram station is nearby, so you're easily reach the old town in 10 minutes.

Hotel has two buildings, so to reach the breakfast you need to go outside. Was warm, so it's fine, but if the weather was bad, I would think if I want to have it..)

The hotel is perfectly situated near tram station from which you can comfortably go either to the city center or the beaches. Employees are very nice and willing to help, hotel is modern and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were fabulous! The only minus from my point of view is missing air condition, but this is just a tiny detail, nothing major.
