Cleanliness, very good breakfast, friendly stuff, parking available, decent location, spa (at the time I was in the hotel there were almost no people at the pool, so it was all for me for some time). Restaurant in the hotel was also above average - tasty traditional meals, appropriate portions, acceptable prices, friendly service. I used the opportunity to have a back massage at local spa and I recommend it to everybody.

Not sure about AC in the room. Mine was too warm and I didn't see AC air output locally in the room so I just opened windows.

Really good place, value for money, I enjoyed literally everything. Nice swimming pool with saunas, nice restaurant with good breakfast and delicious menu, good location.

The robes for swimming pool were for kids :) Only two vegetarian options in the restaurant yet they were delicious.

Nice and comfortable resort hotel. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Not too far away from Kope chair lift terminus.

Well, the "Finnish sauna" wasn't proper one, the sauna stove (kiuas) was missing so you couldn't throw water (löyly) on it, but surely this is a point that 99,5% of world's population isn't interested in..

+ accommodating staff + cleanness + free parking + good breakfast

- wellness is not for many people (but it was sufficient in our weekend stay) - neighbours could be heard a little bit (through the walls) - part of the staff speaks German not English - weak Wifi signal in the room

Really nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and competent. We thought the dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. They were very gracious with our little dog and gave us a nice corner room.

The heat was very high but the receptionist helped with that. I love firm beds but these felt like a less expensive over-firm and that prevented me from sleeping really well.

the location is great, staff very friendly and helpful, swimming pool is decent size with warm water, three saunas to choose from and a jacuzzi.

we couldn’t find a way to adjust heating, it was too hot in the room, dishes advertised on hotel tv weren’t actually present in the restaurants menu, which is a shame.

I absolutely LOVE every minute of the short wedding anniversary stay in Greno hotel &SPA!! This is one of the best hotels in karpacz & area. And please do not get mistaken with just 3* because this hotel have facility for 4+Stars. Short walking distance to śnieżka lift which I highly recommend to visit, also short walk to center of Karpacz. Breakfast amazing , waitress very attentive to details and served everything fast. Table service of different meats & cheese , eggs along with different types of bread/ bread rolls and selection of jams nutellas and honey also menu with hot dishes available as well.... And I can talk about this delicious breakfast whole day 😉 Let's now talk about the SPA.. that's the main reason why I choosen this hotel. We use spa in different times of the day and evening and every time was completely empty. The whole SPA for exclusive use only for us 😋 love every minute of it 💗 Spa was clean and everything worked properly. Jacuzzi was my favourite part 😁 Also 3 different saunas... do I have to say more ?? 😉 And most important reception , dear lady from the reception(22-23.09) if you read it I would like to say Thank you very much for this whole positive and relaxing experience at hotel Greno. You are the cherry on top of the cake, very polite and always ready to help. We already planning our next visit here ,potentially with friends and family 😉

Clean room, big choice for breakfast.

The staff doesn't speak English, front desk, restaurant, so if you don't understand Polish, you have problem. Bathrobes are terrible, shrunken and shabby.

Great facility, very friendly service. Breakfasts served at the hotel - delicious. Local beers available at a very good price. I will definitely come back there one day. I definitely recommend it!
