Nice and typical breakfast; very helpful team at the check-in desk, with good advices to visit Kielce in good conditions

We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant the evening of our arrival and at 10 PM they where no more able to serve us a dessert because we have not ordered it with the mean course ... Just disappointing

Location, large room, large bathroom, efficient AC, beautiful dining room, excellent breakfast and restaurant on premises.

Only three free parking spaces for hotel guests and the rest to be paid daily. Not working TV (supposedly sue to a strong wind and rain previous night)

I wish there was a gym & maybe a few more salad options on the menu. Otherwise everything was great!

The hotel is very clean. The house was renovated with good taste. Hotel has very nice patio. Also the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was rich and tasty in wonderfull place.

I would like, that in bathroom there were body lotion.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very quiet room (of course, I was lucky not having any neighbours. I don't know how well sound-proofed it would result in a less fortunate situation, but being on the top floor most likely it would be quiet as well), furnished in a tasty classical style. Fairly good standards and all the typical and expected amenities. Nice view from the window. No wonder it's almost always fully booked. I'd have stayed longer if I could. The breakfast was good, too: not a huge variety, but quite good quality. Besides, unlike many other people, personally I don't need fifty different dishes to choose from. For Christ's sake: it's just a breakfast! :-) Location is quite good, half a minute away from the main pedeestrian street, yet not noisy. Good wifi. Restaurant open around the clock. Friendly staff. I don't know if I've every given 10 points to any other accommodation.

The only minus I found is the paid parking. But if you walk 300 m to the South (beyond Seminaryjska), city parking is free.

Hotel in a fantastic central position and with a characteristic atmosphere of history and stile. Parking areas nearby for one's cars. Excellent and kind support by their professional staff. I asked for a quiet room and I did receive it far from other rooms, I was very grateful also for the upgrade as they gave me a bigger room. All of this for a very honest and reasonable price!

I like all the personnel. They were professional but at the same time extremely nice and cheerful, willing to help in any matter. I was positively surprised that the whole team, not just a single employee stood out from other hotels.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. The staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast selection was plentiful. A good value overall.

Our room was spacious, but a bit worn. The door to the adjacent room was very thin and insufficient - the noise from the guests was distracting.

Comfortable and well located close to the city center. Great staff and possible to park for free between 6pm and 9 am.

To have a double bed would be appreciated (only a single bed in the room).

Brilliantly comfortable spacious room. Bed and bed linen luxurious! Room service was prompt and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Delicious breakfast in a comfortable restaurant. The hotel is right on the main square.
