The hotel boasts an unparalleled location, situated directly on the seafront, providing breathtaking sea views. My room exceeded expectations; not only was it immaculate, but it also featured a range of modern amenities for a comfortable stay. As for dining, the culinary offerings were exceptional, featuring a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the warm and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, providing helpful recommendations and attentive service. Beyond the room and dining, the wellness facilities truly enhanced our stay. The swimming pool was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for both leisurely swims and energizing laps. The jacuzzi provided a soothing escape, while the sauna and steam room offered a detoxifying experience. The cold showers and ice room were a refreshing contrast, effectively invigorating the senses. Finally, the relaxation areas offered a tranquil space to unwind, rounding out an extensive list of facilities designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

The view from the room is beautiful. On the 6h floor there is a nice cafe where you can have some drinks and enjoy the sunset. The location is great as its right next to the beach. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The breakfast is average and there's so many people that you end up sitting with randoms for brekkie. The room is pretty nice but the bathroom is a little outdated. As a girl, the hairdryer in the bathroom is horrible- bring your own if you come here.

Location, staff were friendly, have plenty of things to do in the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Spa treatment was boring, it’s the same as the other free facilities but private. Very unnecessary since the public facilities are almost always empty. Hair dryer needs to be updated with a new one. Breakfast was OK I wish there were different menu each day because it got boring at one point.

We liked the excellent Spa-area, and the location close to the beach. And, of course, the unbeatable breakfast :)

Compared to several earlier stays we see some changes. The furniture in our rooms (213, 236 and others) showed significant traces of damages. They were slightly covered by paint but still very disturbing the entire impression of the hotel

A beautiful and modern hotel next to beautiful Kolobrzeg beach, but in a quiet zone outside town and next to dunes and forests. Staff were warm and welcoming, as well as great spa and pool area. Several dining options onsite: A Buffet with various choices for breakfast and dinner and an à la carte restaurant which offers great value for money. We also enjoyed the café on the top floor with a beautiful view over Kolobrzeg town and beach.

Property is in an excellent location. Close to promenade and the beach. The room was bright and clean. The buffet had plentiful options.

Cocktail bar/lounge in lobby had limited options and lacked ambiance. For a 5 star hotel this area simply was below other standard 5 star hotels.

Clean, modern, seaside property. Good food at the ala carte restaurant. Ok pool area and family friendly atmosphere.

The property feels a bit packed with tourists and ‘industrialized’. Definitely not an exclusive or quiet hotel. Most rooms have very poor views.

The breakfast and location are great.

Some members of staff were terrible - rude and unprofessional. Also the Lobster restaurant was nothing but disappointing, with its pretentious and undercooked meals.

Helpful staff. Stunning views. Proximity of the beach. Wonderful roof top cafeteria. Great playroom for kids. Spacious apartments.

The description of the family room by booking.com offered room with partial see view, but it turned out the room had view of the parking lot and no see view at all. Fortunately, helpful staff made all the necessary changes for us and we were upgraded for free in no time at all, for which I was immensely grateful.
