Spectacular swimming pool with spotless tiles and crystal clear water (perfect temperature), best hotel-breakfast I have ever had (for example tomatoes are served peeled and they taste like organically grown!), very friendly and helpfull staff.

Beds are jumpy like a backyard trampoline but supposedly they can give you a cover to make them a little stiffer, otherwise you can sleep on the unfoldable sofa in the living room area. The carpet in the room smells with a carpet freshener (it could use a washing or replacement)

Loved our stay! Nice and helpful staff. Personal touches like wine in our room to celebrate our anniversary was lovely! Food was excellent!! Would go back!

Some children who were quite distributive to the peaceful atmosphere.

Secluded place, view, SPA, food, staff, cleanliness - everything was close to perfect. Ideal please for runaway and relax truly. I have spent 1 night there and got massage and face treatment in the evening, very nice dinner (with good choice of vegetarian dishes) and then morning in the SPA (pool with the view and oudoor terrace with jacuzzi) plus very good breakfast. It was quick but 100% recharging, thank you, I wish I could come to your hotel regularly.

Breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool and the sauna were really nice. The rooms very clean.

The place is a little bit too pricey. The location is nice but a bit far from the town with its very good restaurants. You need a car to stay there.

Everything was really nice.

The food was 5 star quality, however the breakfast was a bit lower standard and the bar only serve "Havana rum" which has a terrible taste and destroyed the taste of 80% of the drinks, which were served. Why a 5 star hotel doesn't have Bacardi rum, is chocking. It's the second hotel in this chain and both hotels are not serving Bacardi rum. Which is a pity 😕

Great breakfast buffet, very good restaurant on site that serves food all day. The spa was great as well, with a swimming pool, sauna, two steam baths and three jacuzzis (one outdoors). The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We travelled with a small baby and everything was provided by the hotel (baby bed, changing table, bottle warmer). We can fully recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool could have been slightly warmer. The water from the shower always went everwhere in the bathroom.

The location is fabulous with great vieuw on the slope. Yoy can park at teh hotel and the crew makes the steep ascend snow free for you, call the reception on late arrival and even then the the road is prepared for you. There is a ski depot of the hotel just in front of the cable lift, good thinking and even heating system for your ski boots. Excellent staff and much recommended.

Excellent breakfast. Amazing SPA. Wonderful surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Haute cuisine dinner for a reasonable price.

1) Such a high end hotel would think about a more hygienic carpet flooring. 2) Additional staff at the buffet would be great. 3) The small size of the TV does not match the level of the hotel.

Clean quiet room with lovely views very polite and helpful staff The great plus was that the restaurant remained open till 10pm and one could have a meal without booking

the location was perfect for what we we were looking for, total relaxation and comfort, with the activities we wanted on our doorstep. The staff were friendly and very welcoming . the food was fantastic. would recommend to all.
