You can tell the pool area is new or newly renovated. A plus is the presence of the lifeguard. The animators were absolutely fantastic, the kids had a lot of fun (adults too 🤣). The staff was kind, there is a kids' corner and the hotel is very close to the beach and the promenade and close by you can eat really well as surprisingly, there are plenty of good restaurants in Sarbinowo.

The room was big and comfortable, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were long black hairs on the sink. I also found several bugs in the room, which wasn't pleasant. We only booked breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to explore the town during our two day stay, but it was pretty varied. I am sure anyone can find something they like, however I couldn't notice the poor choice of fruits. There is also a playground outside, but not very well maintained and difficult to enjoy by the kids as the grass was not mowed.

The outdoor, heated pool is a nice addition.

The hotel has a very basic offer. No air conditioning in the room, no coffee or tea in the room. There was a lot of birds poo visible on the balcony railing and by the outdoor pool. Usage of small baby cars is at extra charge, which makes very difficult for parents to explain why the child can not use it for 5 minutes, since its charged at an hourly rate. its apperently a family hotel yet the offer for kids is very limited.

"HOTEL"***NAT location is in the centre of summer holiday village Sarbinowo, however direction to main building is confusing and not clear instructed by signage of how to access car park.

"Hotel" is an old building equipped in outdated furniture. Smelly carpets, poor ventilation and not welcoming reception which looks like newspaper kiosk. This property is focusing on family with kids on organized vacations, thus the space is overcrowded, noisy and dirty. For sure is not deserving those *** and need very much more improvement in quality & services to become called a Hotel. Very poor bar and early closing hours (9pm) in middle of summer were a huge surprise to us. Understaffed. Has potential, but management is very poor. I will not recommend anyone who is looking for quiet, good stay quality holidays. We stayed only one night and will not return back. 👎
