There is a little bus that runs every 30 minutes to and from the water park, which is great help. Especially if you want to have a drink at the bar as that way you don't have to worry about driving. Really nice buffet breakfast, definitely worth the money. Nice little shop, and a great campfire most nights where you can have a beer and a bite to eat. Staff are fantastic and most helpful. Really lovely place to stay with small children.

I don't think they check the area around the bungalows that well, as there was a whole shattered glass on the patio of the one where we were staying so worth checking, especially as little ones like to pick anything up from the ground.

In the evenings (at least in Fridays and Saturdays) there were games and entertainment for children led by wonderful girls - in English and polish . There was an opportunity to roast potatoes and sausages in the real fireplace. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. Everything was available in the cottages to prepare a meal for yourself

It wasn't that I didn't like something there. Dinner and lunch are not available, you have to cook yourself, but there is a small buffet and a shop where you can buy this and that.But I would like to increase and improve the range of food products available in the reception store, but the basic necessary goods were available.

I LIKE THAT YOU ARE PET FRIENDLY IT IS REALLY WONDERFUL, I LIKE THE POSSIBILITY TO GO TO SUNTAGO BY ELECTRIC BUS, IT IS COOL. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY.

I BELIEVE THAT NOWADAYS THIS PRICE SHOULD INCLUDE BREAKFAST. I APPRECIATE THE POSSIBILITY TO LIVE CLOSE TO SUNTAGO, GOING THERE BY YOUR ELECTRIC CAR EVERYTHING IS OK. THE ROOM IN CRACOW JUST NEXT TO THE OLD TOWN IS 399 FOR TWO PEOPLE WITH A DOG AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND HERE I PAID 427,50 BY BOOKING SO IT IS TOO MUCH. WHEN YOU WANT TO COME WITH YOUR FAMILY, GRANDCHILDREN THEN ADDITIONAL COSTS GO HIGHER :(( I AND MY HUSBAND LOVE SUNTAGO WATER PARK. WE HAVE BEEN THERE MANY TIMES 5-6 SINCE IT WAS OPENED BY OURSELVES, AND 2-3 WITH OUR GRANDCHILDREN WE ARE PLANNING TO COME MORE OFTEN BUT THEN WE HAVE TO THINK IN ADVANCE ABOUT THE FUNDS :)))

Very nice houses, well equipped, cosy. Excellent bathrooms, 24-hour reception and a small shop. However, the food selection is very limited and unhealthy :) Pizza and dumplings. The rooms are maybe a bit small for 4 persons, especially the sofa is not really a comfortable solution for children if they are already grown up. Well, but on the other hand you only come there for the water park, so it's fine for one night.

It's a bit too expensive for Polish prices, because for that amount you can find a big family room in a good hotel.

Nice place to stay, if you are visiting Suntago park. Located near the water park. Every hour electric bus is delivering people to/from park for free. Bungalos are, actually wide and very comfy. You will have fully equipped kitchen, large TV, chairs for outside area, grill and etc. Bungalo area has 24h reception with very friendly staff. Near the reception there is also a grocery store with cafe elements. If you are living in bungalos, you have 10% discount on aquapark tickets - just purchase them at reception. And yes, you have 100% guarantee, that you will get in to park, when it is crowded and regular people are waiting in lane...

Nothging bad to say - everything is new and in good shape. Keep the level :)

Great bungalow, very clean, everything looked like it was brand new. All necessary kitchen utensils were present. There was a BBQ grill provided. The personnel was friendly and polite.

The bungalows are placed too close together. If there were a lot of people, there would be about 4-6 shared bungalows looking in on you which takes away from privacy and enjoyment. Thankfully we've only had 1-2 couples around us and on Sunday it was empty.

Dont know how long the complex been there but everything felt new. Stayed because next to aquapark, so it served the purpose. Liked the kids playground, volleyball net, swings. Staff was welcoming and kind. Bed- comfortable. Air conditioner- worked nicely which was important due to hot weather.

Alarm system in next door bungalow went off at least five times during the evening and once at night, which very much disrupted my sleep. Food selection in store scarce, which was important as location is in middle of nowhere, so next time would buy own food before going.

Location and shuttle bus make the trips to suntago extremely convenient. Very good sun-blocking curtain and very comfortable bedding. Cheap food and drinks in the store. Beautiful environment with playground.

Alarm system should be changed or adjusted somehow because it's disturbing the stay. From morning till middle of the night, there were 4 times alarms. Floor in the bungalow was really dirty. It was neither vacuumed nor mopped carefully. There was spider,spider net, hair, sand and dust. ---only floor, furniture and bed were very clean.

Hello, facilities were good, excellent wi-fi, location very close to the water park, friendly staff, parking inside the territory for free, nicely maintained territory, one can have coffee outside and to enjoy a good walk around the place, which has a playground for kids.

The regular clean services were for an extra fee like if you want the room/ bungalow to have big towels or to change your dirty ones for another clean, all is available, but it will be an extra charge.

Nice staff at the reception, friendly peoples, possible greel for free, a lot of space, nice area, playground for children, shop opens 24 hours, possible free transport to the waterpark by bus

the shop could have more propositions for vegetarians, like fish and vegetables, not only polish kielbasa
