Staff were very helpful - waitresses in the restaurant and staff at the reception (thank you Natalia). We were assisted to book the taxi. Food was superb - shout out to the chef - one of the best meals I have every had - if you are meat lover I highly recommend. The interiors are amazing and giving a very nice royal feel. lots of green areas surrounding the hotel that belong to the actual hotel which is very relaxing. If you want to spend time in a secluded area just to rest it is probably perfect choice - but not so much if you need to travel to Warsaw regularly - you need to take a taxi to the train station and then train to other locations. Good to stay if you need to access Modlin Airport too.

I stayed there only for one night therefore it is probably harder to notice things that are negative. I wish there was a bathtub in my room.

The reception is open 24 and staff is very nice and accommodating. Upon our arrival, the receptionist pre booked us a taxi to the airport for very early in the morning.

Very cosy area, which is not faraway from the Modlin airport, but a bit far from the train station (I had to walk more than an hour to get there) and very far from the main airport in Warsaw. But that doesn't matter, cause the hotel was worth it, especially after the bad day I had. Very friendly guys at the reception, that helped with everything, cheap prices in the menu, breakfast included (some products could've been fresher, but good variety anyway). Very nice interior!

Some of the iron parts in the bathroom could use renovation. But that didn't ruin any of my experience.

Lovely hotel. We really liked the building and the grounds. The ponies are a fab addition and our kids loved them. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, but we felt that more attention could have been given to the decor.

The first impression wasn't too good as the receptionist ignored us. There was no one at the reception, which is OK because there was a note that he'd be back in a few minutes, but when he finally appeared we were told he'd be with us in few minutes and then... left the building! We were left waiting until another receptionist appeared. The rest of the stay was brilliant. Customer service top notch, especially in the restaurant.

very quiet and peaceful, just what I needed , the grounds where beautiful and a nice place to relax and listen to the bird life after not hearing anything in Ukraine for 5 months.Stopped for 2 nights on route from Kyiv Ukraine on my way back home to the UK. I only had breakfast on my 2 days, but there was a good choice of food to choose from. Beautiful building to look at from the outside.Big bedroom and king size bed and big on suite shower room. Brilliantly close to Modlin airport, that’s why I booked it, 5 minutes taxi ride.

Very dated inside with all brown furniture. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom very poor , could be improved by supplying more coffee,milk powder and sugar sachets.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, lovely outdoor area, friendly staff. It is very close to the Modlin Airport. The breakfast was ok. 24-hour reception, and luggage storage.

I believe this is specific to the room 212. The AC was super noisy, making an engine sound several times per minute. It was unbearable. Luckily the weather was chill, and we could open the windows and turn off the AC. The noise stopped after around 15 minutes. The shower head holder was also broken and we couldn't adjust the height.

It is amazing hotel. Here you can find everything you need and even such details as toothpaste, brush and slippers. The room is big enough. Bathroom is very clean. The second night we had in another room even bigger with a separate closet room. Outside territory is cozy with a viewpoint on a river, small playground for children and barbecue zone. Additionaly you can pay for a nice breakfast. Location of the hotel is comfortable if you have a flight from the Warshaw Modlin airport. It is located in about 5 min by car.

Maybe only soundproofing could be better, because you can hear what other people do in neighboring room.

We liked everything. Room was clean, staff polite and helpful, placki ziemniaczane were great, big thank you for a chef to make my meal suitable for me. Big, clean, cosy room, bathroom with bath and shower separated.

I don't like booking.com. Accidentally I booked wrong date and changing for correct ones booking.com didn't inform that they might upgrade my room, and charge me more money without informing about that fact.

We checked in late after a flight delay. The room was huge, air conditioned and very comfortable. Massive bed!! Breakfast provided plenty of choice and was quite leisurely. Food quality was good, although some of the offerings looked as if they had been out for a while unrefrigerated. Check in and out were easy. The hotel has many period features, no lift and while clean and smart, felt a little dated.

Not sure that some of the breakfast items hadn’t been out for too long.

I liked the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not far from the airport, 5-7 minutes by car. In the morning the receptionist helped me much with the taxi to the airport as my taxi didn't come. And there is also car parking and kids playground at the hotel. It's really nice place to rest.

I didn't like that they don't have the elevator to the next floor. It's really uncomfortable to go by stairs with heavy luggage. But I think they can't have it because the building is historically old.
