The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful.. the food in the restaurant was very good. There was enough choice at breakfast to please everyone.

We stayed for a week to attend a family wedding. The wardrobe wasn't very big and there were no drawers to put our clothes which meant we were living out of our suitcases which was not very good. The hotel seems to cater only for people on a shortt business trip and perhaps this is all that is needed as Pila is not a holiday destination.

It is a very Modern Hotel with comfortable and nice Rooms. Monitored Hotel Parking is available behind the Hotel. The Restaurant served really really good Burgers. Cool was that they also have a vegetarian Menu. We must highlight our Server Carol. He did an awesome Job! Breakfast is also good. Overall great value for Money. Only Breakfast is a little bit expensive.

Quiet cozy room. Clean. Good staff and bar.

The air-conditioner was right over the bed and that was unbearable to sleep, even though I fixed the setting on the less corner of the air stream. So, I couldn't use the cooling system. To open the window also was not a good idea, because of the loud sound from the street. That was the worst experience. The rest of other was good.

Good location, close to VIVO center. It has very kind staff, very clean rooms, great coffee in the restaurant, strong wifi, parking in front. The room cleaning is daily. Above all, people who work there address customers with a smile, and this is the greatest value. Great job!

Gym could be improved in terms of size and equipment.

Very comfortable hotel. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom very good, lovely shower. Sauna good.

Evening meal, new menu, had little options for non meat eater. Gym could have been better. It was in a tiny room and most of the equipment had snapped cables and generally not working.

All the staff was very cheerful and polite, always greeted us in the hallways and lobby. Check in was super easy, the personnel behind the desk spoke very good english. Rooms had a very nice design, basic but striking at the same time. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly.

The rooms didn't have a fridge (minibar). The free parking spots were flooded after rain.

great choice of different foods. It was buffet so you could be quickly in and out, which was good as I was on business and had little time.

Hotel is located in the city center. Has own parking lot, but you can leave your car on free parking outside of hotel. Room was big enough, with good equippement. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh, with great choice of dishes. Hotel staff was open and easy going.

Good size room as it was a disabled one. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.

Car park is quite a distance to the reception, and the hotel had no baggage trolleys, which was difficult if you have lots of baggage/equipment as we do.
