The location is great with less than 15 minutes from the railway station by tram; also, there are three tram lines to the city centre running every few minutes, and the stop is less than 100 m from the hotel. The check-in process went smoothly. The room was very spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated numerous lamps. Extra blankets were provided in the room, which was great (I'm always cold, so I usually need more than just one when sleeping and often have to ask one in the front desk). Breakfast was good, although I wish the staff cared better about cleaning the tables and replenishing food.

I was a bit disturbed by traffic noise and noises inside the hotel as the soundproofing is lacking, but it wasn't very bad, and generally the neighbourhood is quiet. I definitely missed the trash bin in the room. The soap/bath gel dispenser in the shower cabin was very small, old and hard to use; I recommend replacing it with a new, bigger one.

- The hotel is situated close to the Poznan stadium. We travelled for a football game, so the location was perfect for us - The breakfast was in the Italian restaurant that is situated in the same building and we liked it a lot!

- Unfortunately there was a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. - Everything apart from the smell was very good.

Breakfasts, cleanliness, room equipment, complimentary services (coffee, tea, water). Proximity to the tram stop. My bicycle was secured.

It was extremely warm outside due to the weather conditions and our room was on the top floor, street view. No air conditioning. Park view rooms probably are more quiet.

The room was very quiet, clean and spacious, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous, especially the lady who served me breakfast each day - she couldn't do enough for the people for myself and other guests. The area leaves something to be desired, though considering the hotel is situated in a business district, and my prior expectations regarding its location were realistic from the outset, I wasn't disappointed. Plus, it's very close to the city centre - about 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by tram. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and I intend to stay there again at some point in the future.

There wasn't anything I didn't particularly like. The only thing that could have been improved was the room assignment protocol. The 1st key they gave me led to another guest's room, and the 2nd key didn't work. It wasn't too much of a problem, though, as they were quick to remedy the situation.

20 minutes from downtown Poznan, not even close to the motorway. Limited free parking - you gotta be lucky.

Real hotel with all standard facilities for such places: white sheets and towels, bathroom and tea-coffee kits. Nice people in the reception, a decent restaurant on the ground floor.

The room had everything I needed for 1 night stay. Very comfortable and spacious but in need of updating, especially bathroom. Good value for money. Excellent restaurant, did not have a breakfast but went for dinner and it was delicious.

Really clean room with brightly white sheets and towels.

Some facilities are slightly outdated or even broken. I wish this hotel was renovated with some new (eco) concept in mind.
