Very spacious and clean room. We were told a couple of days in advance that there was a wedding on the night or our stay and it might be noisy. No problems for us because we attended another wedding, and theirs finished before ours! The hotel let us check-in an hour before scheduled so we could change for the wedding. Thanks. Asking about the location is silly, because it depends on one's purpose for the stay. We were attending a wedding just up the road and so the location was absolutely perfect for us. If one need to attended a surf contest in Sopot, say, then it would not be a good location.

There was confusion on check-out about whether I'd already paid or not. The hotel were correct, and I was wrong. Maybe booking.com could make this more clear. I'd have liked to get a little beer at the hotel bar in the afternoon just after check-in, but there was nobody around to serve.

Staff are professional, polite, courteous and always go above & beyond to ensure customers satisfactions. The hotel atmosphere is a true reflection of best of a traditional polish welcome in other words customer is welcomed & treated like a king. The hotel newly decorated offers a relaxing, peace of mind and a high standard facilities that no other establishments can compete with in the area even as far Gdynia & Gdansk . In all seasons Hotel Falko is simply the best choice for it's good value for money price tag hence I keep staying often when in Poland.

Lovely hotel with great restaurant, free parking. Nearby small but cute park. Good personnel, superb breakfast, free Jacuzzi with 2 saunas, and all that for great price. We stayed in hotels double the price but no one was as good as this one. Totally recommend this hotel.

Very professional & friendly staff. There was a problem with the fridge in our room. I informed the receptionist and she immediately apologised and offered to move us to another room. The next day there was a new fridge installed. Great spa. Nice size room.

This hotel is the best. Price rate is reasonable, and staff takes care of you and serves you well. Breakfast is very good and if you like to have dinner in the hotel restaurant it is very good as well.

Nothing really to complain. Eucalyptus smell in the sauna was too much and bath water was rather cold on one evening (other evening it was hot enough) at spa

Location was fabulous. Cleanliness was exceptional. Atmosphere in hotel was very welcoming.

it is not near the main road but its okay since there is an uber.. menu during dinner is limited

we have arrived very late and the staff were waiting for us. thank you! the hotels has unique small but cosy spa that we really enjoyed! we had amazing breakfast and dinner too!

I like almost all except the air-condition cleaning,as I'm menager of the hotel im detail freak about those things , and that was bit laud and i have to wake up early morning.Reception crew perfect
