Clean and modern accommodation close to the center of town. Ony 5 minutes walk from a large shopping center. Even better it is airconditioned which seems to be rare in Europe (from an Australian suffering in the European summer). Ample parking at the rear. The manager is English-speaking, very friendly and very helpful, and cooks a very nice breakfast which was included. The beer and juice in the fridge was a very nice touch. My apartment (#6) had a huge balcony area with a view over the town.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in: Everything was so clean, and the room was not just spacious but looked very modern and well designed, really great. Room had air condition and a big wardrobe, the bed was super comfy, big TV with Netflix was a plus. Amazing bathroom with walk-in shower, again super clean and modern. Also, absolutely stunning view over Rybnik from the big roof terrace! We really enjoyed the breakfast too, great selection and everything was so tasty. Big thanks also for the welcoming atmosphere, everyone was so friendly. Location is great too, so close to shops, bakery and the big shopping center, it's a very nice 5-10min walk to the center and market square. Really enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely come back.

There was really nothing that we didn't like.

The impression from the outside was nice, plenty of safe parking space right at the building at no cost. 5 Minutes walk to old town, shopping centers. The aparment was beautifully furnished with love and attention to detail. Superclean! The breakfast was really just amazing. But the very best at this place is the host, Monika. She called us, made sure we found the place and welcomed us. She also was there with a big smile every morning to provide fantastic coffee and freshly made organic scrambled eggs. This place really beats many hotels that claim to be 4*. If your plans bring you to Rybnik area, this is the best place to stay.

There was not one single thing to complain about.

Gool location if you need easy access to the town center. Close to the shopping center also, if you need some food etc. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice after a long drive. Overall a good place to stay if you are travelling with work.

The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived. It can help by opening a window etc before guests arrive to allow fresh air.

D20 is comfortable , silent, clean, has soo tasty breakfast. My only adress when i am in Rybnik. I even can not find anything to critise. Probably best place to stay in Rybnik. Manager lady Monika is making everything Perfect for her guests. Specially thank to this Amazing lady. I am sure i will stay in D20 soon when i visit Rybnik.

Monica is a very positive person, full of joy and kindness. She had been waiting for us to check in at midnight and was preparing different breakfast everyday! We felt as if we were at home. One of our rooms had access to a big terrace with view to the cathedral. We will definitely come back!

We arrived late due to a delayed flight, but the owner met us directly at the property to check us in! Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom modern. Breakfast had everything you would expect with scrambled eggs and coffee freshly prepared. Would definitely stay here again. Sufficient parking at the rear of the property.

Breakfast is amazing! A great variety of choices each day. The manager, Monika, is the epitome of outstanding friendly and welcoming hospitality and customer service, ensuring all her guests' needs and requests are addressed and met.
