I would like to say a big thank to the owner and staff of the hotel for everything you do to maintain the service at the highest level. From the very beginning to the end of our holiday everything went perfectly - despite the fact that we had a special request (my friend suffers from claustrophobia) we asked to change the room with a view of the forest. Despite the fact that there were no available rooms in the system, the staff quickly took all measures and provided us with the desired room. An interesting program has been compiled for guests, free yacht cruises, spa. The cuisine is incredibly delicious. The coastal area with entertainment and a super atmosphere will not leave you indifferent. The entire territory is perfectly clean, perfectly maintained with perfect repair. Here your holiday will be worth every penny paid. Despite the fact that during our stay at the hotel there were many visitors in connection with the event, this did not affect our holiday at all. The level of service of the staff really impressed me. We will recommend this place to all our friends and will definitely come back again!!!

Modern hotel, big rooms, clean. Very friendly staff. Decent kids area, great swimming pool. The bar/club/bowling/billard area is also quite a highlight if you manage to visit it. The breakfast buffet has tons of choices and is very tasty. The restaurant a la carte also serves elaborate and tasty dishes. Lots of activities included in the price + lots of additional paid ones available.

The restaurant a la carte is pretty small and if there a bit of people the waiting time can be long or even very long. The TVs in the rooms are small and old compared to the general standard of the hotel. Hotels are generally expensive but I feel that here the value for money is not that great.

Staff was nice and very helpful (we got a nice upgrade due to a tech issue in our room), the massage therapy was great, we liked the food too but you should reserve a table in advance. The pool/sauna area is nice, no problems there.

A/C was broken (very noisy) in 2 rooms, the cleanliness could have been better (dust, spider nets, dark areas on ceilings, dirty walls here and there), part of the spa area was closed due to a malfunction, there was only one therapist for the entire hotel, the pool closed too early (at 7pm), the river access is quite limited and the area to walk is not so nice. The price could have been lower for what was offered in general.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, a pleasure to be in. Luxurious spa, great food. Wonderful, varied breakfast. Very nice staff, helpful.

We would have liked a ready, a map of cycling routes, info about kayaking and activities for individuals who are not attending conferences. We later saw a map of cycling routes, on one of our walks, but it would have been very useful to have it at the hotel. The hotel is big and felt a bit empty with some areas closed as there were few guests mid-week.

Nice hotel. It was really nice that I could check immediately upon arrival. They have a really nice garden with many seats, where you can lay down, sit and read a book etc. Really nice. They have a nice bar where you can drink something. Parking was well arranged. Good room. In the evening they have a nice disco (probably not every evening).

I found it a bit strange that the coffee bars did not open before 12 noon. After breakfast, if you wanna sit and have a coffee, there is nowhere to go. You need to walk a lot of stairs to go down to the lake, and then find out that you are NOT allowed to swim there! That was a real disappointment. They have a swimming pool in the hotel but it is just inside. Why not have sliding doors in the swimming pool so you can lay down outside in the garden and take a dip in the pool now and then? This was a real downer for me in the hotel. I would not go again, for these reasons.

Great pool and SPA, great points of view on the river. Good to have a walk or ride the bike. In the evening there is a bonfire outside where you can just sit relax or ask to prepare some meat/sausages. The only thing that worries me that if the hotel will be full like >50% I think it will be too crowdy everywhere as the pool is not huge and a-la-carte restaurant is very tiny. Despite that all was brilliant.

the hotel was 10% full so everything was cool, the only thing you need to spend around 5 min walk to get to your room, it's a huge hotel ;)

Facilities, location, and amazing breakfast

Dinner a la carte was not as expected. In our case valued as overrated. Very small aperol spritz served in a small glass of wine and the ribs while tasty, they had little meat and big bones. The property should look into this specially if compared with the amazing breakfast and overall general environment.

We went as a family with 2 small kids. This is a large hotel complex tailored for families: kids play areas - indoors and out - a child-friendly swimming pool, kids activities, a small beach front (although swimming in the lake/river is prohibited). Adults also have entertainment - a spa area (for extra fee), games room and night club. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking is ample and free. The selection at breakfast was vast and food was tasty. Evening buffet available at a very reasonable price - also a la carte dining available if preferred. The hotel is located adjacent to woods and offers a perfect environment to escape the city.

A great place for a getaway from the city. Very green, awesome lake with a beach! They make it super easy to have a great time with all the accomodations, sports (bowling, billiards, kayaking, etc.). So if you want to hang out with your significant other or family - you will not be bored and your stay will be very pleasant.
