Everything! I loved the room, the location, the staff, the spa that’s included with one’s stay, the breakfast, and the room service. This hotel was perfect when it rained. We enjoyed the indoor poor and got the rest and relaxation we wanted. The outside beach chairs were lovely too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only issue, which isn’t major, they cleaned the coffee machine before closing and didn’t want to make my father some coffee because they’d have to clean it again. I know the European culture doesn’t drink coffee like we do. No big deal, but maybe just wait until it’s closing time to put it away.

The hotel was very clean and fancy. Everything just shouted expensive, while the price was ok. The SPA was also great with the pool, jacuzzi, and many different types of sauna (included in the price of a room). We especially liked the staff, they were very kind to us.

Although we got a room with a partial view of the sea, the window was located directly in front of other rooms' windows, so it was not very comfortable to keep the curtains open, because other people could see us. The biggest disappointment was the amount of sound getting from the corridor to our room (we could hear people passing by, and their conversations). Also, the ventilation was quite noisy which was an issue, when we tried to sleep.

The welcome from reception staff was very helpful and the two porters would help you and go out of their way for you, the bedroom the bed was nice and comfortable, bathroom had everything you need even had normal shower & rainbow shower and a bath with all bathroom accessories too,even a coffee machine, my view was good I could the beach and the pier the breakfast was great. plenty of choices like fives stars plenty of restaurants nearby only 5-10 minutes from train station, you pay £1 single fare on local trains from gdansk to gdynia even from airport.

We looked forward to our daily breakfast, food was great, friendly staff. Hotel was closed to everything we needed. We had some rain but still enjoyed our stay there.

We were in need of a wheelchair and was told it had to be reserved. How can you reserve something you're not sure you'll need. We felt the hotel staff was not understanding our needs/requests. :-(

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel. We booked an executive room and so had access to the executive lounge, which was fabulous. Executive lounge was really a treat, cold and hit drinks with great food and snacks. Rooms were very clean and bed super comfy.

Had to ask for milk in the bedroom for tea, as none supplied.

Very nice breakfast, lovely reception and seating area, spa and indoor pool was very nice although needs a little repair. Private beach area was excellent and clean.

One end of pool has been repaired where tiles have come loose. But the replaced tiles are protruding and are quite sharp (where the edge meets the pool wall at the clock end of the pool) Although the sea is literally yards away for me who doesn't go in the sea a small outdoor plunge pool would add to this fantastic hotel

Great staff that was very kind and service minded. A big plus for the varied breakfast with a very kind and helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms and the hotel is located lovely close to the boardwalk in Sopot. We also tried the Polish restaurant at the hotel, very enjoyable.

It would have been nice with a bar in the spa area. But that is the only thing I can think of that was slightly negative.

The spa and the beach

Really fed up with the Marriot Bonvoy loyalty scheme. We booked through booking.com and it seems I can't get loyalty points for that. Also when I stay at other properties booked through work I don't get the points. Therefore there is absolutely no point to the loyalty scheme as far as I am concerned!

Beautiful place nice staff and a warm atmosphere.

If your family are above you on floor 2 for example and you have floor 1 as your room level, your hotel key will not allow you to go to floor 2 with a key from floor 1 in the elevator and blocks your key also. It was a little frustrating.

Comfortable, quiet room with a nice sea view excellent breakfast private beach and the locaiton clsoe to the city center spa facilities

this is the Baltic coast - nice but with unpredictable weather, cold and dirty sea (not a Riviera with guaranteed sun and cristal clear, warm water), so I wander why they get away with charging Riviera prices for this hotel
