First I was disappointed about my choice: a depressing building at the "wrong" side of the river, giving the impression of a 2-star budget hotel. However, the breakfast is good and the room held the standard of a decent 4-star hotel, so the disappointment turned to happiness, and great value for money. The hotel is indeed on the "wrong" side of the river, but it does not matter as it is fun to take the free ferry. And to get this kind of room standard is three times the money if being close to the beach.

Well, the building and reception area and the vicinity is a bit depressing

Personal thing but the mattress was way tooo soft, gave me back pain. Also it made a curve in the middle.. should probably replace it

The hotel was nicely placed, close to the ferry terminal as well as to the city. It was placed in a calmer area with a convenience shop next door as well as a bigger grocery shop. The hotel also offered great coffee.

I wish there could have been a lift in the hotel. I think I might have booked a room with two single beds instead of a double. It was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff but it did not matter too much since they were all very nice and friendly.

Friendly and flexible staff. Everything felt fresh and clean. Location is good, especially when arriving by ferry or train (to get into main town theres a short free ferry crossing). There is a well sized supermarket nearby. Room seemed well isolated from outside noise.

Breakfast area was a little cramped

Perfect location when travelling with ferry and railway to/from Swinoujscie! Close to food supermarket and just some steps from Exchange office and food/alcohol shop. I was very grateful finding this place, when I missed the late evening ferry. Very pleasant staff, and good breakfast with long opening times. Also nice to take the ferry over the river Swina (every 20 minutes or so).

Very high standard. Nice finishing. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Very well equipped bathroom with hair dryer and tower/clothes dryer. Shop next door, Biedronka market next property, few minutes walk to the station and port. It looks like the property was recently renovated and some comments from here were really considered - during my visit the bathroom was very clean, the windows sealed off all the noise, the breakfast was very reach. Overall strongly recommended if you don't mind distance from the beach.

This hotel is rather transit hotel excellent if you arrive/depart by ferry, train or a lorry. It is relatively far from the beach and city center.

Good location if you work in the port - or need to take a ferry. Rooms nice and spacious. Aircon. Supermarket and shop very close by.

No elevator. No fridge in the room. Restaurant nearby limited to fast food kebab or pizza. Breakfast rather limited selection and quality.

Excellent location, friendly staff speaking English, brand new building, free parking, grocery shop close by, great breakfast.

Some people might find the neighbourhood somewhat shady, but next to the ferry terminal that is rather to be expected.

We were travelling with a baby who sleeps in the parents' bed so the two separate beds were not comfortable because of the gap between them.

Very good hotel. 24/7 check-in. A good breakfast with wide choice of food. The hotel has a dedicated safe place for bicycle. Close to train station.

Note, that to get to the city center you need to take a ferry.
