Lovely size room great to relax and injoy the week Down stairs was a great cafe/bakery and your I'm the centre of the town so ideal for shops and few minutes walk to the lake

The walls are a little thin so you can hear the next room but that said I still slept through One thing which was a pain is the massive number for the door code I can go to a bank machine and take out money with 4 number pin so I feel the door code should be 4 numbers so easy to remember

it was in a good location it was comfortable the breakfast was left outside which allowed you to have a lye in without rushing for breakfast

on two occasions we left the hanging tab outside for the room cleaning and all that was done was some fresh towels were dropped on the bed. cups weren’t changed, tea bags were not restocked and neither was the toilet roll.

The property is amazing. stylish and finished to the very high standards. from a great location to suitable car park to a TV which connects to Apple. Breakfast choice amazing and room service delivery in the price. I have stayed in many places during my travels and this one has topped the list.

Great value for money ! Just in city centre with easy parking. Minutes from really beautiful lake. Bed was just amazing, very comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean. I have OCD so you can trust me on that. There is fridge in the room which is always a plus. Tea and coffee facilities. Special super points for wine glasses in the room !!! Very unique this days special in this price range. You just cant fault this place. Management really throught through every little detail.

There was some confusion over the door code. The instructions weren't very clear which made me think my code didnt work but that was solved nicely and smoothly by lovely man from the customer service who had to leave his warm home and drive in snow and cold to help me. Twice....

I'm a non smoker and smoking at the balcony neighbours were not ideal

Really nice well-composed (4 options to choose from) breakfast with an option to be delivered to your room. Very clean room with a nice scent, central location, quiet rooms.

The room could be a bit warmer. Having an option to set the temperature in the room myself would be the ideal scenario.

Fantastic place to stay right near the lake and main promenade. The room and it's amenities were great. Beds comfortable, good WIFI, room was quiet and nicely decorated. Absolutely loved it. The funny thing was breakfast - we had baskets from the bakery located on the ground floor :) First time I saw something like this, but food was fresh and tasty.

Everything was great as always:) Very comfortable and nicely located hotel! Always clean and the staff is extremely helpful! Definitely recommended!!! Best place to stay in Szczecinek!:)

Best hotel in that small town with a difficult name - Szczecinek. I enjoyed working out in the gym full of beautiful ladies and strong Polish men pumping muscle. You get free entrance when you book the room.

All was good, no reception, no human contact, very confidential,

Breakfast delivered to the room with options and various times if needed.

There really wasn’t a front desk to go to.
