Delicious food at the resto. Reception is not always open, you have to wait for someone available from the resto. Overall, it was a nice stay, though I think price per night is a bit high for its quality.

Friendly staff, located on a highway, next to the gas station, parking available. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, good value.

WiFi available at the lobby only, no signal at room.

Swimming pool is a bit cold however after sauna is excellent for relax highly recommended :)

Not bad breakfast (but later they were out of some meals or just did not see empty containers). Comfortable place to stay when you are in the way and want to take some rest. There is swimming pool to chill (not all facilities worked properly)

In the room was too hot and if you want to take some air in - you need to open the window in the roadside. It was the main problem I guess. Also jacuzzi did not worked, it was just a hot bath :)

Breakfast was included in the price and it was good and enough.

We booked a room with a double bed for one night, but I think the hotel was not prepared at all for our arrival. We got only one towel for the two of us, as well there was no heating and no blackout curtains in our room. Even the room felt clean, the shower was clogged and the water could not go down and this felt very dirty. The staff didn't speak English and this made communication a lot more difficult.

Virtually everything ! Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in and that is not a lie. Booking.com needs to re-assess their advertising - it is not worthy of a 3*** rating, 2** at the most. False statements - minibar NONE, free toiletries NONE. At first sight it looks good from the outside until you open your room - then a pungent smell of mustiness/urine hits you. Dirty, shabby and run down with old furniture that looks like it was rescued from the dump. Dirty bed base, filthy office chair and an old desk. Depressing unclean bathroom, no plug in the wash basin. I have been scratching and itching since I left (fleas or bugs?) Children running around using the corridors as a playground yelling and screaming - apparently the hotel is housing Ukrainian refugees (I have no problems with Ukrainians, and their situation - too the contrary). If the owners want to use it as a refugee hostel then close it to paying guests so they do not have to suffer. Do us a favour and delete it from Booking.com just look at the complaints about this place 😡 and yes I would LIKE A REFUND please.
