Great location and excellent value for money. Good size room (upgraded at a cost). Breakfast was very good.

Our upgraded room was wheelchair accessible which meant that the mirror in the bathroom was too low (unless in a wheelchair). We had to chase the housekeeping in the afternoon and it was completed hastily. We had to request clean glasses and the beds were barely made. There were alterations going on in the hotel and the noise levels were very high. When asked if there was a hairdryer available (none in the room) was told no by one member of staff but then another member of staff found one for us to use.

The room was excellent plenty of space to relax with large bathroom also fridge which was very helpful. Breakfast area was excellent plenty of choice scrambled eggs where excellent and all staff in breakfast area where very helpful' The location of the hotel was just right for us walking in the old town and walking in the new town to catch buses and trams.

There was nothing to dislike about this Hotel.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to the center and the railway station. There is also a breakfast buffet at the good price.

After a long and exhausting journey, I showed up at the reception desk late in the evening to pick up the room. As it turned out, I got a room on the 4th floor where renovation is going on. The corridor after leaving the elevator was dirty and the room was ugly with old furniture and cables coming out of the TV. I went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. I received a room in the standard I paid for, but not a pleasant impression remained. I wasn't in a good mood for the rest of my stay.

Hotel is in renovation phase, so quality varies between renovated and not renovated. Wifi signal was poor at 4th floor and they changed our room. New room was good and spacious, interiors were quite modern and well thought of. Beds were comfortable, TV was great. Bathroom clean and spacious. Breakfast was limited, but tasty and enough. Staff were great. Location near to Torun Miasto train station, Tram and Bus stop. Old town is 300 m away.

Shower can have support to keep soap and shampoo. Wifi should improve at top floor.

Very well situated hotel, just a few minutes from the old town. Very big, modern and pretty room. Big plus for the possibility to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee in the room and also the little fridge. Parking is just by the hotel itself and for a very good price (25zł per night). We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can't say anything about it.

Although the beds were comfortable, for some reason were very noisy when you moved during the night.

This lovely hotel exceeded my expectation. The room was nice, modern, very spacious, with everything we needed. The lady at the reception was very nice, gave us map of the city and information where to go. Location is great, right in the city center. There are some reconstruction works at the hotel right now, so it could be noisy during working days, but this didn't bother us, as we spent all the time outside and stayed only for one night.

Right at the edge of Old Town. Hotel has its own parking (paid) and they let you leave the car there for a few hours if you want to walk around after checking out and that's a great help. Comfy beds. Clean room and bathroom.

Breakfast is just okay. Probably can get much more interesting food in Old Town for a similar price but it's convenient to have it right in the hotel. WiFi is spotty. When it works, it's great but then it suddenly stops, no internet. First we stayed in the room with a queen bed and a sofa bed - shower was tight. Later we stayed at a 3-single beds and a sofa room and the shower was better size - I'd recommend that one.

Breakfast was good selection was great. Location was great with nit to far to walk to the arena

We especially liked the quality of the rooms, and the proximity to the main attractions of Toruń. The breakfast was really good. The statf was relaxed and helpful, it looked like they really enjoy working there. Fingers crossed for the successful refurbishment!

The hotel room is spacious, with a living room and a bedroom. Besides the hotel well located, within walking distance to the old town, bus station (for Flix bus) and Torun Miasto , which is the train station closer to old town than the central station.
