Clean and quiet hotel- good for even long-term stay. I enjoyed staying here. Home- feeling hotel with possibility to go and make a coffee for myself 24/7 and there was a seperate room in hotel for ironing the clothes (if you need that) and restroom, as well. Free car parking place in front of hotel- I always found a place. I even stay an extra night, because of pleasant stay.

Small things to be updated as carpets, some issues in shower (doors did’t close properly), there were no small tables next to beds and charger sockets were not next to the beds. And all TV channels only in Polish- I couldn’t change language or put subtitres!

Good breakfast, but you have to wake up early to have the full choice of food. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Nice interior - different from custom faceless hotel rooms interiors. Very hospitable manager Irina. Possibility to use fridge in common premises. Free parking where we always found a place to park. 15 min. walking distance there is a railway station to get to the centrum. Outlet shoping mall Factory 10 min. away from the hotel building. Small food stores (Zabka) are not far away.

Stains on the carpet, which looks old and already needs to be changed. Noise from airplanes flying above the building because of nearby airport. Little places to eat around and there is no restaurant in the hotel.

Very easy to get by car, exit directlly from the highway and many free parking spaces in front of the property. Public transport connections are good, cheap tickets and there are bus and rail stops nearby 10-15 min walk. Fantastic breakfast. Spacious room, nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Very attentive and friendly staff.

A bit hot in the room, no air conditioning available. Because of the railway and aircraft landing nearby there is an occasional annoying noise when you get the window open.

It was convenient to get to by car and there are plenty of parking spaces near the property. Public transport connections are good, there are bus and suburban rail stops nearby. Room was ok, breakfast too.

It was not a problem for me personally, but for someone who is more sensitive to noise it may be a concern - there is a nearby railway line and the airport is not too far either, so there may be some noise heard from trains and planes, beggining from early morning hours.

Sure it is on the outskirts of Warsaw but you can catch a train that goes directly to the center. The single room and breakfast is good enough for the money you pay. There is no many attractions in the neighborhood but it is expected. Overall a good option to stay.

The staff, in particular Ms. Olha, were very polite, kind and helpful. The breakfast is prepared by the night shift on the premises, unlike in most hotels. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable. I went to make tea and to iron my shirt in socks.

Not far (5-7 minute walk) from the train station which takes you directly downtown Warsaw. Very convenient! Free parking was great, directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, though not varied from day to day. The service was good. Reception was always ready to help when needed.

Our stay was during a hot spell in Warsaw, so the room was quiet warm due to no AC. Thankfully there was a small fan in the room and this help some. The mornings can be quite noisy with some manufacturing businesses nearby.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Warsaw. Neighbourhood was mostly quiet, although there are still a few shops and a gas station nearby. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. There’re plenty of parking lots in front of the hotel.

Room temperature was a bit higher than comfortable, otherwise nothing to mention here.

Nice hotell with friendly staff. Big clean room. Tasty breakfast. Will suite for both cases travelling by car or without it because of easy connection to the city center. Will definitely come here again

The neighborhood is modern. As for now not many places to visit around.

The planes landing and taking off made it a little difficult to fall asleep. But not critical.
