The guest house was very easy to find, it's not open as you arrive but you ask in the cafe just next door and within 10 mins, somebody had checked me in and shown me to my room. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and huge. The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Shampoo, Conditioner and shower gel were provided in the shower which is helpful when travelling with only hand luggage. The kitchen was large and had everything you might need. The location is great for the centre of Barcelos, very easy to have a wander around with plenty of choices for dinner close by.

The only weak point for me was the wifi wasn't super reliable. It was alittle slow and weak at times when I was doing some work.

The room was very well appointed. Quite lovely actually, with a charming decor and super view of the square. The restaurant associated with the hotel was also small and chic, and served super food/wine. We ate breakfast at the adjacent/attached pub/restaurant, which was simple and ample. The folks we met at check in and out were very helpful and friendly.

Difficult to find parking anywhere close to the hotel, and it is located on a narrow street that is not convenient for stopping. We managed, but it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

The facility is great, the decor of the room is well done and the beds were comfortable. We were allowed to bring our heavy e-bikes into the reception area which was a surprise but very reassuring to know they were safe.

We came in rather late on a Sunday evening which we wouldn't recommend to other people wanting a 'good' dinner, as there was only 1 place open next door which thankfully was still serving food. In room 1, (the 3 bed room) is on an open mezzanine level and we found it a bit hot and stuffy in the night.

Great location, right in the city center with all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds, great decor, tv a bit high, nice view of the front patio. The keyless system is really convenient so we don't have to walk around carrying keys. Friendly staff that promptly helped us solve an AC issue. They offer a lot of amenities like shower gel & shampoo, coffee, tea, plenty of towels, etc, and really hot water in the shower (which I really appreciate on my stays). We got a free upgrade so we got to experience the room with a kitchenette. Breakfast was great with a few options in this really cozy cafe environment.

We had an issue with the AC but the staff (Eva) helped us solve it and also suggested moving us to another room if we had trouble during the night (by sending us the room code through WhatsApp). You can tell they really care about your comfort.

Located in a wonderful little square with a fountain Casa da Ana is a wonderful little guest house. The staff were very helpful and friendly they even packed me a breakfast for the Camino so I could leave early. I loved the breakfast on the day I didn’t eat early as it was served in the square with the fountain so beautiful. I loved the design and the place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. They very kindly accept Camino luggage delivery.

Very clean, great location, staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had the attic room, super cute, can be tough for tall people and lots of stairs to go up. Thankfully staff brought our luggage up and down! We were walking the Camino, had a early start the next day and would miss breakfast. The staff provided food for us to eat, so we wouldn't miss breakfast. Also great restaurant attached that has amazing passion fruit sangria. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, very spacious, and very nicely decorated room in a fantastic location in Barcelos. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a great selection of food for breakfast. The camino passes right by the front door. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We found the bed to be very hard. I know this is totally a matter of personal preference though, so it's a comment rather than a criticism.

I like the design choices, the rooms were clean and modern, whilst still rustic. The breakfast was good and easy to access in the cafe connected. The bathroom was nice and modern too.

The room was in an attic because it is a 4 bed room. The space was well used, however since it was a more awkward room with slanted ceilings etc, I would have expected a lower price. The only way to get hot water for the tea bags provided was using the espresso machine, which obviously gives slightly coffee tinted water. The ladies at the cafe connected were kind enough to provide a small jug of hot water for the tea when I asked.

The breakfast was custom made for my husband and I because we were hiking the Portuguese Camino and needed to have the breakfast early. The staff made sure we had everything we needed delivered to our room the evening before. The food was fresh and we were so glad that they were thoughtful for the hikers that needed to leave early.

Excellent accommodations. Great location. Olga gives an amazing massage for tired pilgrims. Eva’s attention to detail, her welcoming etiquete was perfect. Quality of toiletries is fabulous to the extent of the clean scent on the bed sheets. A+ on all counts!
