We loved everything about this property. The staff went above and beyond for me. My electrical adapter wasn’t compatible with my wheelchair charger and they first lent me one of theirs which was better than the one I had but wasn’t giving my chair a full charge. The staff called around for me and found me a place which sold the proper adapter. They literally saved my vacation for me! The hotel is located in a cute town within walking distance to the Batalha Monastery which is a must see when you visit Portugal. I informed them before I booked that I had a disability and they had safety bars both by the toilet and in the shower as well as a shower chair for me. The bed was really comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience here and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel with 5-star feeling just a 5min walk to the city centre where you'll find the Batalha Monastery. It was a total surprise -- but a good one! -- to find something so comfortable in such close proximity to the places you want to visit.

Slightly confusing car park entrance -- there's no way to get it wrong, but one hesitates if that's the place where to park your car. If you're a guest, just drive into the only car entrance you'll find and follow the directions -- there's actually a large car park behind the building through that entrance.

woke up with cold and there were no spare blankets - air conditioning is not the solution for all heating issues - What seemed to be the initial dining room is now used for events and diner is served in the bar (the area is not so calm and reserved as I would expect to enjoy a relaxed meal) - Poor lighting in the bedroom

Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. An excellent quiet location with clean, well-appointed and comfortable rooms. Plentiful breakfast and excellent choices on the lunch and evening menus.

Outside area needs a make-over with more seating options. This would also improve the views from some of the rooms.

All the hotel staff was very kind and always available to provide information. The facilities are very good as we enjoyed the tennis court, the spa and the pool. The room was very big and easy to get around. The location and the parking are very good as well. Breakfast is sufficient with good alternatives also.

The pillows could have a better filling just that

the ambience, the friendliness of the staff, always smiling, excellent food, good service, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed (important for oldies with back problems) and to put it in a nutshell, the best get-away for tranquility.

Location, room and breakfast were great. and the gym was decent enough as it had a squat rack, a bench that you could move into the squat rack to bench press with the bar, with 4x 20kg and 4x 10kg plates, and dumbbells up to 28kg.

Fresh, clean, staff are amazing (friendly, helpful). One block from the stunning Batalha Monastery-a must see!

Nothing!!! Excellent all around!

The spa was great given that it was only €8. I stayed mid week and it was basically empty. A great place to relax and work.

The Wifi kept dropping out and it would've been nice to have tea and coffee in the rooms. But these are only small things.

Nice rooms and beds. Convenient location to the centre, 5 minutes on foot. Inexpensive spa area, with pool and sauna.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to charge the car. Some of the chargers were in use and some were blocked by other cars.
