Our room/apartment was very spacious, well equipped, sparkling clean, one of the best stays in Portugal. Couple of minutes drive from the beach, or a few more minutes walking distance. Perfect for our short stay. Also, breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was quick and a great value.

Internet coverage was spotty in our apartment, the routers are located somewhere else on the property, but this was not a big deal for us.

The apartment is very big and modern from the inside with all facilities necessary, kitchen very complete. Free car park. Lunch and dinner takeaway on the restaurant of same group. 5 minutes from praia areia branca and 7 minutes from dinopark

Not a big thing but. The apartment are part of the restaurant in front of accomodation , and it was not straight forward to find the persons responsible for check in check out.

Lovely people, tried their best to accomodate my needs - travelled with bike, and I can only speak English. Gorgeous spot just on the outside of town, walking distance to beach. Room was kept clean. Breakfast was great.

Could hear everything, cleaners were vacuuming against the door so lots of bang sounds.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly. It was close enough to the beach and restaurants to be able to walk.

There was often a fish cooking smell coming into the passage. Also the aircon was either too cold or too hot, nothing in the middle and we were unable to change the settings.

Our third time staying here, and as always the owners were welcoming, breakfast is great, the room quiet and comfortable with a good shower and the location is perfect for walking to the beach area. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, one of the best for traditional Portugese cuisine in the area.

Well situated with clean comfortable room and large bathroom. Excellent breakfast and evening meals available by reservation in the Hotel restaurant. The owner was brilliant in accommodating our rather large tandem bicycle and we were able to sleep easy with it at the foot of our bed.

The hotel was really great and beyond our expectations! Was fully equipped and I think it would be great if even live there for months, not just for 1 night as we stayed. The hotel owner was great and helpful, the room was clean and neat. We liked everything. Also we are really thankful that they allow us to take with us a small dog.

Great breakfast and on-site resteraunt. Walk to beach.

Rooms on front of hotel are on a busy road so quite noisy. Rooms overlooking courtyard much quieter. Bathrooms are very small.

The space was wonderfull and the Staff very friendly and available to help. The breakfast was excellent, continental with several other options. Our visit was in late March and something that really pleased was the peace and quiet of the area even thought it has a restaurant and a coffee shop the rooms are very quiet.

Politeness of the staff. Easy check in. Breakfast.

Although the room was clean and tidy, we found the bed too hard for our liking. Room was tight, especially the bathroom.
