We loved our stay in this hotel. We stayed off season so there were not many people. We were pleased to find the hotel fulfilled our request of a double bed instead of twin beds that we'd booked. The bed was super comfy. The heater worked really well and we had a big TV. The view to the town and outdoor pool was nice. The bathroom was small but clean. We loved the breakfast which was varied and we felt really full. The main reason we had booked this hotel was the spa. And it didn't disappoint. The sauna is fantastic and the pool is really pleasant if you don't get many people. On both nights we managed to get the pool to ourselves. The temperature was 29-30 degrees. The jacuzzi was alright too. The spa area itself is rather small so I imagine it can get crowded if many people are staying. But we were lucky. Can't comment on the gym as we didn't use it. The staff were all very smiley and accommodating. There is a private car park so we didn't have to park in the street. Overall, we loved it there.

The water in the jacuzzi was rather cloudy and didn't look clean on our first night. It was cleaner the second night but still not 100%.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the pool and sauna were included although we spent our days out visiting the Serra da Estrela Nature Park. One day I had a birthday cake waiting for me in my room. The bed was very comfortable, parking was easy, and breakfast was incredible. As well as the hotel restaurant which has good reviews, there are some nice local places for dinner an easy walk from the hotel too.

The indoor pool and sauna closes at 8pm but it would be nice if it closed an hour or two later. We found after a day out we had to rush to make use of the facilities.

Outdoor pool is a great size and I loved the sunbed Isle. Indoor pool is small just good enough for relaxing.Im very grateful for all their services and making my birthday celebration extra special!! the jacuzzi needs to be taken care of as I found it quite dirty.The dressing room and shower do not have locker nor cloths hooks . definitely not a four star dressing room.They definitely need to put some locker or some hooks so that you can place your cloths and towels while you are showering! This is one of the reasons I didn't rate it five stars and the fact that one can only check in at 4p.m making our stay extra short and limiting our stay!Gym could have a few more equipment but its fair enough.

Big comfy beds, very helpful staff and rich breakfast.

We stayed there for 4 nights so got a bit tired of breakfast buffet as there was a very small food variation. Also the spa was a bit failed after the busy weekend: sauna was not on for two times when we were there whereas the jacuzzi was either 32.5 or 39.5 degrees Celsius. Both facilities take time to reach the comfy temperatures so maybe it was just our bad luck in timing. And there is a school across the street so it gets very loud during the day.

This is a lovely hotel in the middle of a quiet area in Portugal. It was the perfect place to stop traveling from Lisbon to the north of Portugal. Everything was very comfortable in the room, and the fact that it included breakfast and the spa was the icing on top. Really great deal for all that it included. We enjoyed the late checkout too and made use of the spa in the morning before checking out since we arrived late the night before.

It would be great if the breakfast could include more vegan options or a healthier cereal like oatmeal or muesli. Also the fitness equipment could use a bit of an upgrade, the treadmill was slipping and the equipment just seems tired. But still pretty good for a hotel. The sauna door wouldn't shut all the way so some air escaped.

the room temperature was great. the breakfast was very good. confy beds, hot water consistently.

the gym facilities need new equipament. with a few things it can get really better: new multi station machine for 1000€ A set of dumbells for 200€ some gym mats for abs with some spray and paper for cleaning after the person uses. 100€ In my opinion the spa needs: Maybe to extend to 22:00 the close time to give clients more time of they arrive at night to relax a bit. better cleaining in the jacuzzi.

The staff was friendly, the bedroom has a beautiful design. The bed, blankets and pillow was super comfy. The breakfast has lots of variety and overall is tasty. The wellness center serve its purpose.

There's no lockers on the wellness center you need to go with all your clothes and stuff to the pool and the bathroom/changing room stinks and is full of flies. The floor from our bedroom was not vacuumed as we could clearly still see dirt. The AC from the bedroom did not worked. Hot water only works properly during low hours, and the shower head is tiny.

Located slap bang in the middle of Tabua, this is a very nice spa hotel. The room was quite spacious and very clean. We had a nice view of the pool. The staff in the hotel are so polite and friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The bar is a nice place for a drink and the food in the restaurant was exceptional, complimented with the finest Portuguese wine. Relax in the spa and just chill, this is such a friendly hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff are very good in lobby helpful and nice. Restaurant and bar is exelent and service in high level. Good food and wine. Room is very clean and well done. Breakfast amazing and the best coffee in town.

Music in bar would be nice and no tv.

The thing we didn't like was the jacuzzi in the swimming pool area - the water was really dirty and it needs more attention to keep it clean. On the second day of our stay the sauna was not working at all and noone was there to fix it also
