What an amazing experience in Arakur. They overcome the expectations. - The hotel structure is amazing! Beautifil, well decorated and really high level - The employees are kind and have a right attitude - The room is beautiful, clean, with automation and very confortable - The breakfast is amazing and so diversified, good period too(until 11:00) - The pools and fun spaces are very nice - We did the massages and they were amazing, super recommend - Restaurant Cravia is nice,a little bit expensive for what delivers, but it was nice anyway - Lobby bar is super nice, and the whole lobby area is great - The free transport to and from the city all day long is great! I would only reccomend 1 more trip in the end of the night, lit 01:00 the last bus from the town it would be great.

- The rooms could be more isolated, we coudl hear other rooms noises a little bit - The pools got a liitle of a strange smell and color in one day that there were more people, so I think it's necessary to clean more in days like that - The hotel should forbid that people just leave towels on the sunbeds and never come back. Most days all the sunbeds were taken but that persons were not even there ( unfortunately people should be respectfull but they aren't) - Also not fault of the hotel, but people speaking so loud on the pool area, as that were a party... total lack of respect

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice staff, large rooms with the view! The food was delicious - super breakfast with lots of choice, restaurant with buffet or cart for dinner - we tried them both and never were disappointed. But the most amazing thing was a pool area! Large clean pools, not so much people, a bar with drinks and snacks, and of course the terrace with pool and hot tubes! Would like to stay there forever :)

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that is clear from the map. And they have free shuttles! And the location creates a very nice view, so not a disadvantage at all!

Beautiful hotel looking over Ushuaia. We wanted a spacious and nice place to stay once we got off our Antartica cruise and Arakur delivered. Breakfast was amazing, and the spa was the best place to relax and unwind. Room was spacious and clean. It is great that they allow access to the spa and showers after you check out. We had an afternoon flight so we took advantage.

Check-in seems to be strictly at 3pm. My sister tried to use the spa but she didnt have slides with her. Wish that they had some slippers so guests could use spa before check-in.

Beautifully located hotel high on a hill outside Ushuaia. There is a shuttle bus taking guests into town if they want to leave! Very comfy and well equipped rooms. The spa is beautiful with outdoor jacuzzi's and infinity pool overlooking the town below - especially lovely view at night. There is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi's as well as gym and games room. The breakfast is exceptional as was dinner. Highly recommend! There are a number of walking trails from the hotel which are very well marked with great views.

Parts of the spa area are looking a little shabby - tiles missing etc. Could use a bit of a spruce up!

Amazing view of the Beagle channel from our room. The infinity pool and spa were wonderful. Hiking around the hotel property was excellent. The Arakur Experience concierge/travel service was exceptional and coordinated all of our adventures.

Service at dinner a little slow, but we did have a large group.

Amazing view from our room and the common areas! Comfortable and clean room. Great bathroom with robes, double sink, soaking tub and separate shower. Good breakfast. We loved sitting in the bar/lounge and having dinner or a snack and drinks. There were beautiful hiking trails right out the hotel! The staff organized a car for us to take us where we needed to go, and he was awesome.

The location is far from town, but it is easy to get a car to take you in. There was also a shuttle at various times.

Staff very friendly, beautiful facilities, breakfast was good, shuttle service was great and regular.

Rooms needed more airflow as became quite hot on warmer days (12-24 degree Celsius days) our room was regularly between 23-25 degrees which was uncomfortable over night when we had to close the windows/blinds to sleep. We had an issue with our airflow not working at all however the staff promptly assisted with fixing the system. The toilet had a sewerage smell coming from it and the water from the tap was brown on our last morning.

The views from the hotel are amazing. The pools were a nice area to relax in, outdoor ones could be a little warmer. Breakfast options were plentiful and really tasty. The standout was the buffet dinner had in the restaurant. Gustavo's BBQ skills are world class he was a real pleasure to meet!!

The room service food was terrible considering the price, the bath water ran yellow which wasn't very appealing. To which the maintenance man said it was maybe because the room hadn't been used in a while and that it had been under construction. We have stayed in top hotels around the world we just felt something here was missing.

Beautiful hotel that actually looks better in real life than in the pictures! Amazing furnishings, everything in the room felt new, clean and stylish. Great views and very cool hiking trails right behind the hotel. Complimentary daily shuttle to the town. Great food. What was the best was very helpful and friendly staff. Best hotel we stayed in in Argentina so far. Would stay again!

Well, they could introduce some clear markings on their menu as per what is vegan. It was incovenient to keep asking every time. Also, they do not have laundry room for guests, you can only order laundry upon extra charge, which cost a lot and would take a lot of time. Since we are in the mountains, a laundry room would be a great help. Also, I did not like that they did not offer ironing board or iron in the room (again, you would need to order a paid service). These are small things though and did not spoil our otherwise great stay - just mentioning it here, hoping the management would reconsider their approach.

I am a frequent world travelver and Arakur has some of the best facilities I've ever seen in a hotel. The room is very comfy and clean, I booked a room with sea view and it did not disappoint. The breakfast is also very deliciouus with abundant variety. The hotel staff is also amazing and very warm, from the front desk lady to the guys working in the restaurant, made sure we needed everything during our stay.

The only thing that was a pity is that the in/outdoor SPA was under maintenance during our stay, but the hotel staff did notify us about this weeks before our arrival, and it was accepted by us, so I have no complaint on this.
