Best Western PLUS Edinburg Inn & Suites

The breakfast was awesome! The best hotel breakfast I EVER had. I had to ask for toilet paper and bath towels but they were very nice about it. Pool area was clean. Our room was clean except for the floors. I had to wear socks and or shoes the whole time bc the floor turned my feet black lol. But besides the floors everything else was clean. Over all I guess we were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable too

Our hotel floors were nasty. Very dirty and unsanitary. I had to wear socks and or shoes the whole time or my feet would be black just walking to the bathroom and back.

The bed was super comfy, the breakfast is good compared with other hotels, there are a lot of nearby shopping options, the size of the room was large compared to other experiences we've had, too... I would gladly go back to stay there with my entire family

The only thing i could complain was that the room smelled like humidity... I suspect this was not an issue of a single room... the lamps had a little mold...

We have stayed at this location couple of times in the past.. our only complaint this time was the weekend bar nights going too long into the night. Then the crowd moves outside. Not to mention parking availability if you return too late in the evening . As a customer paying for a room to rest . Having loud cars and loud people outside the hotel until 2 am is not the most desirable.

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was also awesome.

I paid for a Jr suite and needed the room downstairs as my father had knee surgery, the ac was leaking water everywhere. Moved me to a smaller regular double upstairs and was told I would be moved to another suite the next morning. I went the next morning to remind the staff and they refused to move me and refuse to discount my rate. I paid for the bigger suite and stayed in the small double.

Location was great, close to food places. Breakfast was wonderful. Authentic Mexican food made by Kathy. She made sure every customer was taken care of at Breakfast time. She was friendly and attentive. She is one of the reasons why we will go back. Also, front desk was very helpful when we needed towels or coffee.. I thought my fridge was not working and the clerk came to my room and checked it out. He was nice and didn't seem to mind. Housekeeping could use some work. (See notes below)

When we first checked into the room my son walked around the floors in his socks and within minutes the socks where filthy dirty. Also, husband moved the bed closer to the wall to keep baby safe at night and found that the floor under the bed was extremely dirty as well with some weird red residue on the floor. I strongly believe housekeeping could use some work in keeping floors clean, along with stained pillow case..

Kathy was amazing ! She served us great and made delicious food!! She is so friendly and kind and made our stay feel more welcome. She went above and beyond to satisfy us. I was also extremely happy that we had clean towels and room services daily. Usually when we stay for a week we don't get daily room service at other places. But here we did and that was great.

I wish pool hours were later than 10pm..I was getting back at the hotel at that time so wouldve been nice to take Quick swim before bed but not a biggie. But other than that absolutely no complaints.

I had the suite. Very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Very convenient. 5 min. away from walmart. Plus several fast food restaurants. Overall just a great place to stay. Rooms look exactly like picture. Would stay again.

If I HAD to say one thing very minimal but the parking lot is kind of small. Nothing else I did not like.

The breakfast service was very good and staff was very hand friendly

The layout of the property and rooms is like a motel; when you walk out of your room you are already outside so you are not inside in a hallway. Therefore in the early evening I heard all the loud noise from car radios blasting loud until eventually it was late enough at night that the noise finally died down and it was then quiet.

Nice pool and I love to bbq so they had a nice bbq area..rooms where clean and beds are soft... Breakfast is a must on all stay and it was good.. yes I will stay again

Well the only thing it's the same every where so don't worry about it but I wish the pool would stay at least till 12 open but I haven't found a place yet...

Diet restrictions so really cou look d not partake. Location. Clean. Staffed, hours of operation was effective.

Soap dispenser in bathroom could have actually had soap. Could have stayed in shower extended time, it was that nice Beds were very comfy, pillows were awesome. Air worked, .. very pleased with the room
