Incredibly friendly staff, and really luxurious room. Breakfast was superb as well, both Western and Asian style. The pool with a view on the 101 building in the evening was a thrill, with a chill lounge nearby.

Not the hotel's fault, but that particular part of Taipei's center is quite noisy. I remember a very large neon display with an embedded music, which played over and over in a loop. Would be more worried if there was no noise, but that seems not necessary, and the city should regulate it.

slow elevator, the need to go to the second floor for the lobby and the access to the elevator for the rooms, not vegan friendly - will only give you bread and salad if you ask for room service.

Good International breakfast spread. Location was great for shopping & food. But only after 11am when the malls open. Need to walk a bit further for local food stalls that open earlier.

Cannot think of any dislike. Although the area is not for those on a tight budget

Location was perfect. The bar was quite good. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.

The reception area was too warm and the air conditioning was not good. There was no lotion provided for the entire duration of the stay. Hand soap was not replenished on the last night of my stay. The water heating for the tea was not working.

the central location

the rooms are too small to accommodate a family of four with two young children . there was insufficient space to add another bed and the king sized bed could not fit two adults and two small children comfortably . the twin bedded room also had similar shortcomings as the single beds could only accommodate one adult

Great location, helpful staff, amazing bathroom

I paid more for Taipei 101 view but there is a new skyscraper in the way since the hotel pictures were taken so felt a little cheated. Restaurant average and room service was slow and had problems like missing items and no cutlery.

Very conveniently located right across from the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. the receptionist spoke perfect Japanese and English. Clean and spacious room and bathroom even with ToTo washlette!

There was a strange noise from the ceiling - but this was fixed as soon as I spoke to the staff and while I was out for a dinner.

Outstanding kindness and efficiency of the staff. Superb spacious and silent room with wonderful 101 view. Design at its best. Location convenient for shopping and night life but also for business trips

The shower is huge but is missing a proper large rain shower head…

Excellent location, super friendly staff, beautiful clean and spacious room, very comfortable pillows and doona, excellent amenities in the room.

The rooms are very clean but the grouting in the shower needs a bit of tender love and care to get rid of the discoloration.

centered in the Xinyi district, very close to shopping malls and Taipei 101. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

small things like the kettle in the room was broken, and the hairdryer didn’t work functionally as it could only provide cold wind.
