This hotel is great, specially if you are taking domestic or international flights. It's the best and safest option by far in Maiquetia due to the short distance with the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle, very punctual and very safe to go to airport or the hotel, totally identified and is scheduled every 30 min. From the moment you arrive, the staff is very kind, professional and friendly; they are willing to help you, very well trained in all aspects of customer service. Drivers, front desk staff, housekeeping, security guard, all are very well educated and professional in their area. I'd like to make a special mention to Ms Betzabeth Gonzalez who was really outstanding with all attention, in every aspect of our rooms, I'm so grateful with her. The restaurant Mr Grill was a very good option during our lunch time, special mention to Mr Wilmer who was really kind. It was our first time staying at the hotel and I believe that as overall, they have Excellent rooms, staff, restaurant, airport shuttle. Everything went well!! Highly recommended if you need to stay in Maiquetia.

In general was at least 85% well maintained, there are some things to improve like a better cleaning of the carpets and bathroom drains, the afternoon service at the front desk was better than the one of the early morning, that forgot to give me the invoice

Was denied the lemonade that was in front of the reception in the morning arguing that was only for the planes crews, very different argument the day before when it was offered to us, it was just laziness of the guy that moves the luggage, the front desk forgot to call us in the morning, blaming the afternoon shift of forgetting to take note

The property is conveniently located close to the 'Simon Bolivar International Airport,' where it offers a permanent shuttle transfer. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. The restaurants are exceptional. The Internet is fast.

The price/benefit ratio and internal communications could be better; for instance, I paid for breakfast, but the restaurant did not recognize it. I had to leave the property without that service.

Airport very close by, Gym is good, Food is awesome apart from these the room is quiet and comfortable. Hotel offers ride to and from the airport that made our lives easier. in general an 9 out of 10 for sure.

Instead of online reserve only, I think payment wise should be supported from online and not only on premise, that's the only miss i think i have for this resort. Ohh and they can update their WIFI system.

The restaurant ambient was very nice. Also the food was very good, although some options in the menu were not available at that time.

Pool cleanness. I used it with my daughter, and I saw the walls very dirty. Honestly, I was considering leaving the place, but my daughter asked me to stay longer. I stayed longer just for her.

The shuttle service from & to very nearby Maiquetía airport making this the most convenient hotel when in overnight transit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Reasonable rate.

The USD 30 per person for breakfast is completely overcharged. So better to eat something at the airport. Dinner prices are more at international level.

Room was big and comfortable, breakfast was great, also very close to the Airport

Room is Too dark, more lights would be nice, room service staff were nice but food quality not that much and do not fit with what you pay for it, also the capital is quite far away, so is mostly for people needing to rest before or after a long trip

free shuttle service to the airport, staffs are very helpful, pool is such a great place to hangout there is 24/7 gym as well but not well-equipped. There are 2 restaurants on site which are efficient and Sushi bar is very good. It has been a nice stay so far.

there are a little defect in the room but can be negligible like the bathroom curtain doesn’t close all the way down. No blackout curtains and Electrical plug is very loose so things are differently charged.

A person travelling alone is charged for two breakfast. The price for a room for one person and one breakfast is the same as a room for two persons and two breakfast. I asked in the reception about it, but they advised me to inform the administration.

Breakfast at 09:15 few items finish and ask if there will be more, i was advixed of no. Than request i f pissible for 2 fried eggs, they say it's ok, but never rcvd. Also no table avsilabke snd some guest just playing on cell instead of keave space for nect guest.
