This place is so peaceful! Beautiful surroundings, great service, aesthetic interiors and exteriors. Every morning complimentary yoga!

Rooms 14 and 15, where we stayed, are right above the laundry. The noise of laundry and the smell of soap were disturbing from merging with nature.

Excellent! The food at the restaurant is a bit expensive, but excellent!

Peaceful mountain jungle location. very tasty vegan food and great to start the day with a yoga class. Great place to kick back. We explored the local coffee area a bit which was great eg Grand Batey. Not a place to base yourself if you want to do lots of trips to other parts of the island - just relax instead

Dinner is set…so might be tricky if you are a picky eater

- stunning views - it is truly a place to recharge, heal and connect with nature - sounds of nature are unforgettable! - you can get a massage and Diego is amazing! with the sounds of nature around - it is an expensive worth every penny - some nice short hikes around - pool with spring water is great - they also have a little store with natural cosmetics and hand made jewellery and decorations - complimentary water, yea and coffee all day long - small thing and makes a difference! thank you there is no AC but don’t worry - it’s mountains and it gets really chilly at night. I actually had to use extra blanket to warm up :)

you have no choice but to eat there (otherwise it is quite a ride). they have a plant based menu, however it is really expensive. dinner is about 40 usd per person (and for two dinners we stayed one was really delicious, the other not really), and breakfasts are about 12 usd. we had it once and wasn’t great. but we need to remember we go there for relax, views, yoga and amazing nature that surrounds us!

The entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was eager to supply our needs with a smile. Though neither of us is vegan or vegetarian we loved the brunch and the dinner. The flavors were wonderfully unique and the presentation was delightful. We loved the mountain views and the tropical landscaping throughout the property. The hammock on our private balcony was a highlight of the room which is pretty basic otherwise.Thank you for the opportunity to unwind, we must return to take advantage of the pool and the hiking trails!

The place is amazing , all what you need when you want to explore the nature of this beautiful country and just relax. The room was so quiet and the people so nice. There is a little restaurant with organic closed menu food and the coffee is so good. The yoga classes are complimentary and is the best option to wake up and start another day of adventure.

Beautiful location. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating. The vegan food was outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We We were very well looked after and I would definitely go back.

I had booked 2 massages for my friend and I for the afternoon of our arrival which had been confirmed in writing by the resort. For some reason when we arrived the booking hadn't been made with the masseuse and we were unable to have our massages until the next day. Added to this the yoga instructor was also not available for the complementary morning yoga. We were however able to use the beautiful yoga studio and do our own workout. The resort rearranged our massage appointments but it would have been nice to have them on arrival :)

The dinner each night was wonderful, albeit pricey, but it was so flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. The views were stunning -- getting to lay on my hammock on the balcony looking at the mountains and listening to the forest sounds was something I will never forget. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what I needed.

No AC, which I was aware of but honestly it was really tough during peak summer days. I don't advise for those with health issues. Also wished that some meals were included considering the price.

What a peaceful, beautiful place. We absolutely loved our time at Casa Grande. The staff are all so warm and friendly. The food...wow. We are not vegans, nor vegetarians, so we were amazed at how delicious the food was. Every dish was like a work of art and so tasty. A real treat. The coqui frogs and sounds of nature were so beautiful. The pool was cool but so refreshing. Hiking over to the river was a fun little adventure, so beautiful. We hope to be back one day!
