Modern hotel with friendly personnel situated in a great location, in a quiet area in walking distance of Alba Carolina Citadel. Very clean and spacious room, really comfortable bed with excellent bed sheets and pillows. The hotel has a few parking spots, but there’s also a big parking right in front of the hotel for a minimal fee of about 8 lei/1,6 euro per day. Also, Saturday after 14:00 and Sunday parking was free in the area at the time of our stay.

The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good.

While the room in general was as expected for a 4* room, the bathroom facilities (the shower area) need maintenance, as some water ended up on the floor. Public paid parking, not handled by the hotel. The hotel should have some parking spaces of its own for the guests and offer them as a service, even if this requires payment to the local authorities and extra-costs for the guests.

The location of the hotel was ok, we had a paid parking space in front of the hotel and a decent room, for one night.

I didn't like it because at breakfast we didn't have a place to sit at the table it was a lot of people, we went upstairs where the tables weren't cleaned, the light wasn't on and neither were the napkins or salt shakers on the table.

the property is pretty conveniently located to walk to everywhere we needed to go. the staff were the highlight. they were very friendly and helpful. we stayed in some of the more updated rooms and you can tell they are making amazing updates to the rooms. our rooms were comfortable and very clean

some rooms have not yet been updated and are older. these rooms aren’t as comfortable or modern.

Fine location, clean room, pleasant staff at reception desk, fantastic A.C (we stayed during hot summer).

A functioning fridge in the room. Ours was out of order and upon reporting desk, a sympathic technician came to fix it the next morning. He said he fixed the problem but - nada! I was suggested to place my must-be--cooled remedies in a general fridge by the desk. When indicating a refrigerator in the room in Booking information - this shouldn't happen. F

Great location - 5 min walking distance from the Citadella (big fortress complex on top of the hill) where you go for a quick or long walk. If you are a tourist and have time the Citadella is a definately worth a fulll day visit. Also nice "specialty coffee" shop just on the other side of the square, as well as other coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Mercury shopping center also within walking distance. Big parking lot in front of the hotel with paid parking starting from 8 am. The cost for a full day of parking is very low - less than 2 eur and I paid by installing the app for which you get info at the reception. Note that you can pay for the parking in advance via the app, so you don't have to wake up at 8 am just to do that if you arrived in the middle of the night (correct parking zone is Zone 1). I've only stayed at the renovated delux rooms and even if they are not the biggest, they are very nice and functional with good working desk.

The mini bar door is transparent glass - way too tempting ;)

-location( close to city center, to restaurants where we had dinner and to a nice coffee bar where we started our morning) - didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on this - very clean room, bathroom, excellent bed sheets and good pillows ( important criteria for a good sleep) -nice people at reception, gave us good advice -our room was 4* room ( noticed there are also 3*rooms that maybe are not as nice as the one we stayed in)

Very nice and clean room. The Jacuzzi inside the bathroom was great. Good location with easy and cheap parking area in front.

They have TVs with screen mirroring features, but the wifi password to connect to them is not provided, therefore you cannot use them.

The breakfast was average and could have more variety for a 4 star hotel.
