Beautiful large room with tasteful design and nice furniture, comfortable bed, big enough TV. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to everything. The staff was polite and helpful. I felt they were trying to make our stay as good as possible. We ate at the hotel's restaurant and it was satisfying.

On the first trip, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. This was a big no-go for us, still, we decided to stay there again. We received the same room and this time everything was OK. The parking space behind the hotel is not great and access is rather difficult.

The hotel is very beautiful, our room was big and beautiful. Excellent breakfast, most central location possible

The air conditioner in our room was broken and it was not possible to lower the temperature. We were offered to move to another room, but since we had already unloaded our luggage, we didn't want to move and made do with what was available. In the morning the tap water was salty because of some malfunction in the filter. I almost threw up when I brushed my teeth. The staff didn't really care, didn't even apologize. Service consciousness is not one of the virtues of the staff at this hotel

My 2nd time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Excellent location in the city centre. Room was very spatious and clean. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch :) Food was tasty and plentiful! Staff was friendly and professional.

Communication between the restaurant staff and reception could be better. Whilst reception staff informed me that on Jan 2nd the restaurant would be open normal working hours (07:00 - 10:00), I got the unpleasant surprise of being informed by the restaurant staff on that day, that they would only open at 08:00, due to public holiday. since a 3rd party airport shuttle picked me up at 08:00 from the hotel, I didn't have any breakfast.

Room was pretty comfy, the bed was big and nice. Everything was clean and the front desk lady was very smiling and welcoming. There is a restaurant and the food is great. Breakfast is also delicious, however the coffee machine is pretty stubbborn 😋

The light in the room is pretty dim so in the evening you barely see anything. It is nice and moody but not always is this a good thing

Wonderful hotel in what is a one- horse town,really. (But you will be blown off your feet by the fairy tale castle.It is unfairly ignored by tourists.) Brand new amenities, soft carpets, comfy bed, good hot showers. High-tech code access, the young crowd will love it.Excellent buffet breakfast, yum coffee.Great TV too.They pay attention to every detail.The result- top quality.

A slight misunderstanding with the( truly gorgeous!) receptionist lady about how brkf is served.Girls,watch your boyfriends if this young lady is on duty.

this hotel is probably the best in town, nicely equipped and furnished withmodern key system, staff was very kind (everybody speaks also Hungarian), buffet breakfast was quite good presented in a pleasant room

some maintenance wouldn't be bad (check on the condition of the bed mattresses, air conditioning, electric kettle, install mosquito net not only for the balcony but on the bathroom window, too)

Fantastic hotel in centre of town. Nice terrace and restaurant with attentive staff. Excellent value for money.

Very clean, big room, nice interior design, big clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helped us get with a booking issue.

A very good location, right in the centre and near the castle. We have choosed it because of the food pictures and we have not been dissapointed. We had a nice dinner and a good local wine (from Satu Mare county). Everything was clean, very warm and soft sheets. A very good stay!

Very nice hotel in this little welcoming town. Location is right in front of the castle there, where you can enjoy some strolls.

Probably just one small detail they can improve on - to handle the mosquitoes better, with whom we had to fight all night long. :)
