Good breakfast with polite staff, complimentary coffee in the room, a lift in 5 story building. Big size room. Very good food in the restaurant also. Very helpful reception desk people! There is bar and piano and cozy place for meetings if you need it.

Hard to say, maybe WC paper finished, no soap in the bottle under the shower and was too hot when we enter the room , but in general very spacious room with really fantastic bathroom: robes, bottles with liquid soap on sink instead one time hard soups (very eco-friendly!) , plenty of towels, complimentary toiletries, a tub and a shower, bide as well! Maybe fitness can be a good addition to this hotel.

Breakfast was diverse, there were well prepared and presented choices from each food group. easy to use high end coffee machine, juices, teas. continental and vegetarian breakfast, a great assortment of breads, pastries, cereals, jams, fruits, vegetables, cheese, including blue cheese, cold cuts, eggs.

The fact that we did not plan on staying longer as the hotel was truly a home away from home.

The hotel is wonderful, and its location opposite the park gives positive energy. The staff is cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good. It is true that the style of the hotel is old and historical, but the furniture needs to be renewed because it is old and worn out. Despite that, we highly recommend it.

Bed was very comfortable and the apartment big and spacious. Everything was clean and nice arranged. Parking right in the front was a big plus, not to carry the luggages too far. Balcony was also nice and with a view. Having an elevator also mattered for us :) and once again, bed were extremely comfortable and large. Apartment huge! :) Clima worked great and was hot and cosy.

The jacuzzi was not used or cleaned for a long time and when I started it, all the dirty water inside it along with other residues came out directly on myself.... Destroying the pleasure of having a bath... After waiting a long while for the water to fill the bathtub... Breakfast was a little poor for a 4 star hotel, not having a lot of choices, and the choices you had did not have such a good quality ( for example the low cost sausages, meat, cheese). Also not having many hot dishes...

The hotel was very good choice for stay in Craiova. Relatively close to the city center, banks and the Art Museum of Craiova. The apartment was spacious with 2 balconies. Free parking available. Very good breakfast available in the hotel's fancy restaurant. The hotel exceeded my expectations. We will visit again.

A queen room with balcony which is really big room. 1 km to the main square. A lot of parking space at the hotel with free of charge.

Water and coffee in the room were charged, not free. Breakfast is not variety. Hot water in the shower room was not working.

Huge clean room, with a very comfortable bed, private parking (for my motorcycle) and last but not least the personnel...very polite and very helpful. Nice breakfast and nice quiet location.

Bathroom was a little bit taller than the usual.....that is not a problem if you are tall, but for older people could be a problem.

The staff was really very pleasant, helpful, courteous and punctual. the hotel was soo great. the food was served in the Garden Terrace with great taste and quality. serves also to our room for our request. we felt really fantastic. we were upgraded without even being asked. no charges at all. the room was HUGE spacious with all the nessessity. quiet . no smoking. PERFACT 🌹

the bed had known better days. the mattress should be replaced. the bath is too High ..

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from, also for us, the adults and for our 6 years old boy. The room was exactly as in the photos, huge, comfortable with super comfortable beds. The location was also perfect as it's a walking distance from a lot of points of interest on our list.

There was a lot of cigarette smoke smell in the fist night, not sure where was it coming from and that was unpleasant for us, as also by opening the windows, it wasn't going out... But in the 2nd night everything was ok, no smoke.
