Was the second time we stayed here - says it all First time at the back with mountain view. Room was very good with a great town view this time, with a nice comfortable bed. Breakfast very good with great choice of coffee, location perfect. Booking in was fuss free & we soon settled into our room after arriving in the early hours. On checking out was allowed to leave luggage there to collect later after concluding our business elsewhere. Thank you.

Furniture a little bit old

Excellent location. Rooms were renovated, looked pretty, fitting the Bucovina style. Clean hotel, very friendly staff. I particularly appreciated staff willingness and effort to accommodate our family needs.

No fridge in the room. Given the very hot temperatures in the summer, a fridge where you can keep a cold bottle of water can make a huge difference.

My experience at Best Western Hotel was a very pleaseant one. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and because my room was at level 7 I had an amazing view also. The ,,A la Carte'' meniu is diverse and the food is delicious.

The most disapoint experience was the Spa. If you are thinking to enjoy a massage ...well is better if you make an appointment right after check in. As clean as the room was, the opposite case was with the jacuzzi. Sauna was cold and the hamam was closed due to Covid situation.

The food is good and it has a nice playroom for the kids. We left early before breakfast and the staff was awesome and packed up a good meal to go. Saturday they brought a DJ which was also nice.

The mattress was a bit to hard for my taste. My wife enjoyed it so maybe it's just me ☺️

Friendly stuff, nice view , tasty food, very clean hotel., confortable bad.

Smell in bathroom was a bit odd.( problem with ventilation perhaps) but everything clean anyway. Some parts of room furniture need to be changed , are a bit old and used.

Bed too small, my husband is a big man, and when he rolled over, fell out of bed, and hurt his head on the corner of knight stand. Now he has a big bump, hope it will go away becouse we have a wedding to go this weekend 😀

Good location, nice breakfast.

Bathroom smelled bad and not very clean, there was an alarm waking us in the middle of the night.

Clean, cosy and beautiful design. Friendly staff and great food at the restaurant (we stopped again on our way back just for the lunch)

There is no option to just have a coffee in the morning if you don’t book breakfast, the bar was closed in the early morning
