Hotel is amazing, good location, 2 km by taxi from airport, 20 min by foot to the Palace of culture and all sightseeings. Very good personal, speaking English. Reception is working non stop, so late come in is possible. Hotel is in a big cottage. Very good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Very clean. Water and tea and coffee any time is available. And amazing massage chairs for free, library and relaxing zone. Good hotel for good price, I really recommend and thank you!

It was sometimes noisy a little because of reconstruction. But very few. In a shower was not fixed a shower holder.

The hotel is nice, great to stay overnight. Due to queue on the boarder we arrived really late, at 1 or 2am, and reception was working, which is great Good breakfast

I wrote few messages to the hotel, but did not get responces for my questions. Other point comes from the first one, I've asked to book the parking lot, but did not get response. I was lucky to ocupy the last free parking lot, but there were only 2-4 parking lots infront of the hotel, so I'd assume it was a huge luck. I'd expect at least a bottle of water in the room at summer with outside temp 35C+.

Thr guy at the reception who checked me in was super friendly and nice. Room was wonderful and looked a bit like a room of a 5 star hotel. Overall hotel is very well maintained. Locarion is quite good, I was able to walk to the palace in 15 minutes or so.

Policy on booking stated that check in possible till 23:00. However, in reality hotel has 24 h reception and check in was possible even after midnight.

The massage chairs were a great treat. The wifi coverage was good. The staff was quite helpful. The location was good, not far from main streets, but yet not too noisy a neighborhood. They had both towels and washclothes. The breakfast was good.

One air conditioner did not turn on. A couple of remotes did not have batteries that worked. The shower head position wasn't the greatest.

The hotel looks pretty, the rooms and the bathrooms are nicely furnished. The staff were great, upgrading our room to a double bed instead of two single beds. The hotel is in a quiet area, with small shops and restaurants around. Walking to city centre is around 25 min. There are two massage armchairs available for free, which is great.

The breakfast was nice and had good choices, but the price was a bit high for Romania (6 euros per person).

Very helpful and welcoming staff at reception. Location was good, close to a lot of ammenities by walking. Place was clean and well kept. Parking on and near the site was provided and with security cameras on each. Very helpful team. Breakfast was good.

Beds were quite hard and mattresses narrow. Shower head and bracket were broken, needs to be fixed.

The location of the hotel is very close to Tudor dormitories and the area is nice although not central. There are a few restaurants around and even a big shopping center. The hotel location is among other houses and I am not sure what it was the initial purpose of the building but it looks like a big house that was repurposed. So there is not a lot of extra space or big halls. The hotel was clean and our room was equipped with all we needed it although I expected a bigger room considered that we had a family room. Between the queen bed and the twin there was not much room left. For one night that we spent at the hotel we were satisfied. The bathroom was big, AC worked well and the free coffee was very much appreciated. We parked the car in an area close to the hotel.

This is a good place. The room is very spacious, clean, pressed linen. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, they served homemade gem. The location is also good. Though it is in the area of student dorms, and of university buildings it is also close to one of the largest malls in the city, and public transportation is easily available.

Registration desk open for 24 hours. Big and comfortable clean room and snow-white bed linen. Big and lightly bathroom. Nice and helpful receptionists, guy from Night Shift and girl from daily shift. Tasty coffee. Really good hotel management because everything is perfect.

Very friendly staff. Quite a good location. Very comfortable and clean. There is an iron and an ironing table, which you will not find in 3-star western hotels. The shower is large so you can have a comfortable shower. Very good cost/quality ratio.

I don't want to find negative things for such a small price.
