-Room was quite small (but we knew that) -Breakfast was a complete disappointment; we skipped it in the second day (but Manarola restaurant is very good) -The A/C quite noisy -Soundproofing could be better (I could hear the guests above us, including when their shower was on) -Lots of events in the hotel; make sure to get a room on the upper floors with view on the street of the main entrance

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself. The cleaning and reception staff were very helpful and polite.

On the first day we wanted to have breakfast but it was à la carte because the buffet was reserved for some sports team. The à la carte menu was good but unfortunately all things I normally don't eat. I wanted some fruit but no. The staff at breakfast wasn't friendly or helpful and were not helpful at all.

A very nice hotel, we liked very much the design of the room. The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom beautiful too.

We didn’t like the staff from the restaurant when we went to have breakfast. We were 3 people waiting a lot to have the menu, then to order the food etc. This aspect for sure can be improved. There is no parking place, if you are lucky you can find a place for the car.

Location and cleanliness. The room was very quiet. The breakfast wasn't awesome, but it was acceptable. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a pleasant experience, I would return to the same location next time I would need to stay over in the area.

Property is advertised with having parking for guests, however it only has nine places, which are too few for the size amount of guests that the hotel may be hosting.

Very nice hotel with great menu and food at the restaurant. Beautiful room, good services, really nice staff.

The only down side is they have just a few private parking places so you need to have luck to find one close, but it is in the center of the town so is pretty understandable that they can’t have more, neither space for a private parking.

I liked that it’s a modern hotel, very clean and comfortable - the bed was really good 👍 The Manarola restaurant has tasty food! Maybe in the future, it will be great for the hotel to have an inside pool! All was very good!

A nice and clean hotel, located just next to the main city square. The breakfast is a la carte, but tasty. Coffee is not very strong, but still OK. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bar/restaurant seem to be quite popular with the local youth, and is pretty full during the day and the evening. It also has a nice terrace where you could enjoy a drink.

Coffee could be stronger. Otherwise, I don't really have anything to complain about.

Clean, new, looking very sharp, right in the center of the city, with a modern lobby and high-tech rooms. All the modern day amenities were present and accounted for: AC, cable TV including HBO | Cinemax, digital switches and lights, modern bathroom fixtures.

Well, the parking is a problem. When placing the reservation, I specifically asked for a reserved parking space, but when I arrived it was almost impossible to find one. This should have been treated more seriously.

The room was very spacios, modern and clean. We only stayed for one night, but we felt we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and overall very cozy. Although there were 2 events during our stay, we didn't hear any music or noise from our room (which was located on the 1st floor)

The pressure in the shower was not very good Would have liked more parking spaces. There are a few options near by, but still...

The staff, hotel and services are excellent.

Only about 5-6 parking spaces available. For a big hotel, not a good thing. Also, there is a restaurant and events hall at the location and if you stay during an event, you have no chance of getting a parking spot if you arrive after 19:00. Had to park in the Carrefour parking as nothing was available near the hotel ( i was traveling with a child ).
