The hotel is great. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable throughout the hotel. The hotel is situated right by a park, and everything around it is green and very well maintained, making it feel like a much more expensive resort. I felt like the hotel looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The staff (including reception and waiters) was really friendly, and we felt welcomed. The breakfast is amazing, some of the best breakfast we've ever experienced at any hotel and the food you can order at the restaurant is very tasty (with pretty big portions).

The walls between the rooms are unfortunately thin, but the reception was quick to resolve the noise complaint coming form a neighbouring room. All that the hotel is missing is a pool/spa. During saturday there was limited food service available (pizza only) because of an event, a little heads-up about this would have been useful. The city itself seemed really empty, but the hotel is close to a few attractions (Sapanta, Barsana Monastery and Mocanita) that make it worth a stay of a few days at least!

It’s a great property if you’re visiting this part of Romania. We had a flight cancellation from this region. And the hotel was very kind to provide automobile transportation to a Bucharest. This is not a small accommodation. And we will forever be thankful that they took us.

There’s nothing about this property that we didn’t like

Nice hotel in an attractive environment. You’re in an urban environment, but very close to a park, a river and nature. You have good food at the place. And walking to the centre takes you about 10 minutes. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is super friendly!

We had only one remark: One of our rooms was with air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning didn’t function properly. As it was warm and the room under the roof needed air-conditioning, it was a bit less comfortable.

the location is amazing, right in the park, perfect view on the mountain. proper hotel with reception and breakfast starting from 7 am. good restaurant downstairs. staff speaks English

the shower cabin has an old curtain instead of proper doors, this gives a negative impression on the cleanness of the room and it drips after the shower. there is no proper AC, the one that they gave is portable I guess and makes scary sounds. isolation in the room was not amazing

we were able to check in early since we had a wedding in the city the hotel looks very nice, beautiful garden they have an extra cost ironing service which came in handy the receptionist helped us with a taxi

our standard room was pretty small, giving the fact that we had a lot of luggages for the wedding it was a bit hard to move around the room the lighting in the room and bathroom is pretty bad, hard to do the makeup really thin walls

The hotel was clean, incredibly comfortable, a great restaurant that was so thoughtful about serving us late. And absolutely phenomenal front desk help in the morning to get us oriented in the city and with parking there.

This is a very nice hotel located on the side of town, far away from the noise of the main street. I used it as a transit place and stayed for a month, but I can imagine people using it for holidays. The rooms are large and clean, the personel is really friendly and the restaurant is also great. I have nothing to complain.

A very atmospheric hotel in the middle of the mountains. It is immediately clear that it has its own history. The room has a very comfortable bed and is very warm. Extremely friendly restaurant and reception staff.

The water drain in the shower does not work well.

We chose the accomodation because of how close it was to the dental clinic we went to and because it offered us a car parking space as well. It came equipped with a lot of kitchen appliances which made our lives easier in case we wanted to cook something at home rather than going out eat.

The staff was amazing, really warm, welcoming and nice people. The food was really good; The wine list was really good;

The furniture and carpet looked a little old and uncleaned. The shower was small and the curtain was not enough to cover the shower so the bath was a pool when i got out of the shower. The toilet was installed in the corner so if you are a person with a height over 170 cm you will feel like there is no space at all to sit.
