Rooms are newly refurbished, high quality materials. The Restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was diversified enough that one is not bored after one week of eating there. The water in all pools was clean. The pool for small kids is very good even for very small kids. The personnel in all area of the hotel (reception, cleaning, restaurant, SPA, mud, massage) is very friendly and professional. The hotel paid parking has plenty of places. In the summer, the accommodation includes free access to Lacul Ursu.

the elevator between the two levels of pools is out of order and it was the same situation more than one year ago when I was in this hotel. walking up and down on wet stairs with little kids is quite challenging . The hotel main elevators have frequent issues (once blocked between levels, other day I walked down 3 levels on stairs with a small kid)

the hotel is great. we loved almost everyhthing BESIDES the noise inbetween 17.00 and 23.00 than the music who ever is there is AWFUL . way too loud ,way too many hours. everynight.  if you need to rest in the afternoon than this is Not  the hotel for you. 

The location is nice, the SPA offers a lot of options for health and relaxation, the rooms are fair.

Some of the staff was really rude and not willing to help (a simple smile would have made the day much better for us, it was not the case unfortunately). We got a lot of confusing and different answers when we wanted to extend the stay. Some still water in the rooms would have been nice (we had just a small bottle in the minifridge and after a day at SPA it was definitely not enough). Most hotels in this category offer some water for free.

We never expected the resort to look so nice, the view from our room was wonderful and the spa was big and full of things to do, so much that we ended up pending a day just in the hotel ( guess time really flies when you're having fun ).

The staff were a bit rude to begin with, but they did change after we brought it up and if you go to breakfast after 9 AM you will have to wait or ask for items that have not been refreshed.

Superb location. Clean and confy. Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. The SPA was great and it's clean. The rooms are big and you have all you need.

The parking is horrible. It's like this since forever and i hope it will change soon. Very crowded and even if there are few parking spaces for the hotel guests, some guests manage to badly park on 2 slots and noone from hotel is rectifying this. Also the hotel is not cheap, atleast make free parking for those with reservations booked at hotel. Another thing i did not like this year is that some glasses were not properly cleaned.

Spa area is very nice. Dinner was very good. Breakfast also has variety. However I did not see any croissants or some cookies, and there were very few fruits.

In the bathroom I found hair in the sink and the bathroom door was not clean as a hand mark could be seen on the glass door. For the value paid I would expect more attention to cleanliness in the rooms. There was also dust, mainly above headboard, above painting in the room.

The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. We were impressed by the number of pools and other relaxation options at the spa. We did not use all of them, as we were alone with a toddler, but for sure they are great. For breakfast there are many options, the food is varied and fresh.

The room was clean on the surface, the bed was not very comfy, but for a short stay it was ok. The pool for the small children is great, but there should be some control on who gets to go in. There were teenagers using the slide where babies and toddlers were playing in the water. Maybe the hotel should consider enlarging the area for kids.

The quality of restaurant food, both breakfast and dinner was very good, well enough diversified. Bradet rooms are very nice. The personnel from the Mud treatment and message was very professional and polite.

Sovata hotel was in refurbishment during the week, so replacement rooms were provided in Bradet. the salted water quiet pool needs a better cleaning. the elevators in Bradet are non functional all the time.

Spa facilities were excellent and not overcrowded. 4 saunas with temperatures to suit everyone. Hotel very close to Lake and shops. Very relaxing atmosphere. Great selection hot and cold choices on both breakfast and dinner buffet.

No tea / coffee facilities in room . No ironing facilities in room. You have pay extra for parking.

Recently refurbished. Very clean. Diverse and tasty breakfast and dinner.

Parts of property still under renovation, therefore breakfast and dinner were served in an adjacent property restaurant. Pools undersized for the amount of visitors. The room was not cleaned during our stay.
