I enjoyed everything about this resort. the location. the building itself is setup like a botanical garden. it is breathtaking. the ocean view. the mountain views. the beautiful staff. the friendly staff. the food. the drinks. the bad reviews are because you need a rental car if youre going to stay here. its a 5 mins drive from frigate bay and the marriott. book a rental car and you will not regret staying at the Koi resort.

i liked everything.

We stayed one night in between flights. The hotel is pretty new. They have a great gym and the rooms were very comfortable. The bedding was very nice as well. Felt very safe throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. Pool and view is very nice.

It is located on top of a hill. There were a lot of bugs after the sun went down so we were not able to enjoy the view. Take bug spray.

Perfect room for our needs. Parking easy - we realised straight away that we needed to rent a car to get around the island. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having a good size balcony with sea and golf course views was great for sitting out at the start and end of the day.

The cost of eating at the hotel was too expensive - having rented a car we could easily get to other restaurants or beach bars.

The is an AMAZING LOCATION!!! My flight was early to St Kitts. The staff accommodated me with an early check in!!! This was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Room is a SUPER BONUS!!! Large... clean... I did not need to leave the area as the hotel offered everything on site!! Cheap prices at the restaurant and the food was so delicious!!!

The staff was pleasant and inviting from the time I arrived to my departure. The team at the restaurant was also welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend Koi.

The hotel doesn't have beach access but their lovely pool makes up for this deficit and the beach at Frigate Bay is only a 10-minute drive away.

The place is beautiful and just what you need for a retreat from the world for a few days. The food is fantastic, but don't forget you have to add the 12% service charge and 12% VAT to the final bill. This took us over our budget, but the trip was still worth it.

The menu looked nice, with the taste of the Caribbean and Indian. Staff was really nice. From the Front Desk, Bellman, waitresses remembered my name. Bartender made great drinks. Kitchen made great food.

The weather, but that is outside of your control.

very special hotel, but due to a very short stay, did not explore all its facilities

i was hoping for walking distance to some hot spots, but alas. taxi's are easy to obtain though.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant food was great and the staff were very friendly.

I have nothing negative to say.

Checking out. I paid booking .com for breakfast and the hotel still charged me for breakfast. Spent £130 over what I should have paid. Not happy about paying for breakfast twice
