The location is excellent as is the view. The pool was lovely, as was our room in decor. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. The restaurant upstairs was excellent for dinner and service was proactive and quicker than in the day. Terrific coffee shop downstairs. Wonderful areas on the water to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Market on property very well stocked and helpful.

Our room needed maintenance as the safe was not operating, which forced us to carry our valuables including laptops all day. The refrigerator did not have an adapter so was not plugged in upon arrival. We asked for an adapter and finally received one, to learn later it still did not work. The upstairs restaurant during the day service was decent however it took one hour to get our lunch, even though there was only one other table when we ordered.

Brian & Azizi were great as they were the last time I stayed, we were also checked in by another lovely young lady who also helped my mum in the room unfortunately I didn’t remember her name. We met Desiree who made us laugh and who we got great icecream from too downstairs. All in all it was a very nice stay, thank you

Spacious areas to just chill. Friendly helpful staff, (never pushy if all we wanted was a drink) from the cleaner to the manager. Variety of places and to eat at varying budgets. Never felt crowded. Lovely secluded pool area as well as relatively easy access to the beach for the able bodied.

Would have liked to have had milk already available in the room to go with the tea. Sometimes a bit smelly by the pool. Wish my stay was longer.

The quality of the lunches and dinner in the Loft were of a very good standard. The other eateries were also good

Breakfast in the Loft was very disappointing my son enjoyed his but my husband and I did. The food was cold and over cooked. The swimming pool was dirty I reported this fact to the receptionist.

Good taste and presentation of breakfast, the portions are a bit small and there can be more local options but overall good.

The orders took a long time but the staff are so friendly and polite that you cannot get upset even if you wanted to.

what I didn’t like about the property was the maintenance, I had multiple issues with low pressure of water coming from my bathroom even while showering which was a nightmare! Also there was no phone in the room which I was advised to ‘WhatsApp’ the front desk at anytime which was far from convenient due to 1 day late or no responses at all. it was trouble trying to get minor questions answered and issues resolved.

The overall ambience of the property was lovely. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Unsure if this was based on occupancy but the hot water pressure would drop significantly, to the point of dripping while showering. It did return after a while.

The rooms are great and everything ou need is on site - several restaurants, and a minimart and a short walk to coconut grove beach bar

The swimming pool is great but the area is not as well kept as the rest of the hotel and there is a slight smell presumably from a nearby sewage tank

This little hotel was situated right at the marina. We stayed the night before we were leavng for a catamaran tour. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was tucked away and super cute.

honestly, for the rate we paid, we couldn't have asked for more.
