Loved the whole experience from bungalows to the staff to the food Breakfast was delicious and loved the Samoan dishes eg;vaisalo ,koko alaisa,supo esi,sua masi, Oh the staff from the porter to the receptionist ,restaurant staffs and the cleaners they were fantastic and excellent service We will be back for sure The pool was the best too We loved it that much we extended our stay for another 3 nights !! TV wasn't working during our stay as they were still doing maintenance etc but it didn't bother us at all ,we weren't there to watch TV

Comfortable Beds Very Clean Friendly Staff Air con was first class and didn't disappoint Accepted last minute request for late check out

We only had hot water on the first day TV didn't have remotes had to call front office and when delivered remote was dysfunctional couldn't use for volume control Had late arvo cocktails and couldn't find staff anywhere, Didn't like the shower above bath set up, it was hard to get in and out and almost hazardous to a point.

The staff were lovely & helpful at all times

On our last full day stay - the power was out for 10 hours, through no fault of Aggies but would have appreciated a check in from the staff & distribution of flashlights or candles, as well as water because there was no running water either.

Lovely outlook, spacious lobby area, and welcoming staff. Beautiful rooms. Pool area was excellent. During my breakfast, felt like too many staff where they tend to fall over each other and get in each other’s way. Coffee / tea area very messy and the utensils for foods were odd as couldn’t pick up food properly. Found a teaspoon for golden syrup for pancakes odd use of utensil and probably not good for cleanliness.

The small stuff which can be big for example - connecting walkway (carpet) between the third and fourth floor was not vacuumed the whole time there but guests walked through it. Seemed like they didn’t care. In room, fan in bathroom didn’t work, stain marks on wall, no complimentary water bottles.

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Reception, porters, front lobby barristas and bar staff are excellent, restaurant crew are attentive and friendly and helpful us to speak the local language, housekeeping are responsive and friendly. The king beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, 6.30am-10.30am. Barista in front lobby open until 11pm daily. Beauty and massage service onsite. We had a welcome juice when we arrived. Beautiful sunset views. Flexible parking areas. We will stay here again.

The hotel is under refurbishment until Oct 2024 and not all facilities and room types are operational (main pool, gym, TV in room, telephone to reception) that isn't stated on Booking.com. We and other guests had room booking mixups and were placed in room types other than what we had confirmed. I found out that we had all booked through Booking.com and all had mixups. staff were apologetic and tried their best to fit our family.

Breakfast - variety was great, a few more selection of traditional foods for overseas guests would be helpful. Enjoyed the different selection each day. We liked the detox and smoothie shots, the hot selection and egg options, the fruit and cakes. Poke was delicious and generous size. The service was friendly and prompt. Clean facilities and grounds.

Reception knowledge on ferry to savaii-E.g costs, timetable and recommendations. The shower hose continuously falling down, despite repairs. The very loud music at 5am from a staff set up in the dining area, that woke most guests up.

The property was undergoing renovations when we stayed so we were disappointed to see the main pool and gym were closed. However, the staff were very sympathetic about this and ensured our stay was comfortable regardless. Within a week, we could see how quickly improvements were being made; new bath towels, pool towels, loungers, umbrellas by the smaller pool. We would gladly stay here again in future as we realised how convenient the location is for exploring the island by car (and the hotel had ample parking spaces), and actually how well-priced the hotel is compared to other options on the island.

Breakfast and restaurant food were the let down Breakfast had everything you could want (except for fresh fruit but that’s not the resorts fault) Bacon sausages and chicken strips ALL over cooked Breakfasts did get better towards the end of our stay Unsure if the Casino is part of Aggies ? The Casino is terrible the staff are miserable and unapproachable the chairs are broken and dangerous and even some machines randomly drop open on to your lap and you just push them shut ?? People playing 4 machines and no one says anything The casino should be closed down

The staff were the best asset of the Sheraton, very accomodating, service with a smile and always out for the customers best interest.

Communication of renovations process, as was only informed when I realised our booking wasn’t right and I contacted the hotel. Unfortunately on arrival the rooms were still wrong and had been charged higher than the confirmed rate on booking. Com. However the staff were able to rectify it, processing a credit and offered another complimentary room. Unsure why receiving change is a long winded process, staff were apologetic about the delay, but seemed we were on the lookout constantly…not the staff probably a procedural issue.

It is a nice property, very grand and comforting. The staff were next level!!! So welcoming, helpful and honestly they made our trip and stay worth it. I would come here and stay again without a second thought and especially once it's all open. Close to town and very lenient with bringing in our own food and alcohol.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. There are renovations still being done with harbour view rooms, main pool and restaurant closed cause of it but it will be complete by October. Our rooms did get stuffed around as we booked harbour view but we got upgraded to the bungalow with no extra fee so it made up for it, I feel for the staff as they get thrown in the front line due to management not explaining anything but they handled everything so well and were so helpful as well. I cannot fault Aggie Greys and the renovations didn't ruin our holiday either as there are beautiful beaches and their lap pool is open as well.
