Staff were amazing from the time we stepped foot into the hotel, always very helpful even when you’re asking a million questions all hours of the night. Very accommodating with our request, there’s nothing better than feeling welcome by the staff always greeted with a smile. Besides the hotel it’s self I would come back and stay because the staff were amazing

Wasn’t fully open with limited warning of facility unavailability. Some of the staff were quite inexperienced/slow. TV didn’t operate.

The staff were A+++. Great service, welcoming, always smiling and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Was great and accommodating to our children who were at times loud, but never complained and was grateful to serve us. Service at breakfast was a hit for our large family, made space available with warm welcoming arms to serve and share the love with their smiles and food.

We had issues with our room bookings and we didn’t get what we had booked. Luckily, we were given an extra room free of charge. We were also not notified of the closure of spa and pool. We were not aware until we hoped on the plane. More towards management with the lack of communication and organisation.

The hotel was going through a lot of building works at the time of stay. Was quite noisy as my room was close to where the work was taking place. The shower in the room did not work properly, the hot water came out as a trickle therefore could only have cold showers. I also waited c. 45mins over the check in time for my room to be ready in an overly hot lobby area.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and fresh. The main pool was closed due to the hotel having a refurbishment. The lap pool is open. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The staff were fabulous, friendly and went out of their way to help. The outside of the hotel and entranceway are gorgeous.

The hotel was being refurbished. We only heard about this through friends. It would have been nice for the hotel to inform us of this beforehand. Some aspects didn’t have what I would consider a Sheraton quality. Our room had a broken towel rail, towels look old, dressing gown needs an iron. Flickering light. These things did not detract from our stay.

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious & fulfilling. Great location - Walking Distance to Town. The Kids enjoyed swimming in the lap pool. 24-hour reception, could check-in afterhours. Appreciated the Farewell song sung by the staff after check out ❤️

Muck up with rooms at check-in. Main Pool, Spa & Gym was closed. Laundry Service was very expensive. 3% surcharge paying by VISA

Despite the total cost of the rooms based on our locked in booking.com prices, they tried charging us over 1000 tala more than what we were quoted. They did end up honoring the price based on our confirmation email, but what astounded us more than anything is that the main pool was out of order/ under construction which is a main feature for why we booked with them in the first place and they told us this fact after we had paid for our stay! So disappointing, as we were not notified of any of the renovations underway prior to arriving and as a result we spent next to no time at the actual resort as the lap pool was average and not very clean - a lot of hair floating around in the lap pool. We ended up spending all our time (and money) at the other resorts/hotels in Apia. This sentiment was the same for all other guests that we spoke to staying at Aggie Greys - why was everyone paying full price for a resort with no main pool, no spa, no gym, no TV, no phones working in rooms and the list goes on. So the fact that they also initially tried to get us to pay way more than what we had reserved on booking.com was really unfortunate. If anything they should have been knocking at least a third off the booking price for everyone staying at this resort as it really only offered a bed and breakfast and not much else. Certainly not the staffs fault as they were lovely to deal with, but management need to be proactively up front with all guests in terms of the severe limitations currently associated with a stay at the Sheraton, Aggie Grey's in Samoa. Paying 4-5 star prices for a 2-3 star experience.

Well located but the facilities offered were very DISAPPOINTING to say the least. Room TV & Main Swimming Pool was not in service and this was a huge setback since it was not advised prior to Hotel checking in. The Price on offered accommodation was way in excess due to the lack of expected & prior experienced Sheraton Hotel standards!

As mentioned above. Also the Meal offerings were “MEDIOCRE” as well compared to prior Sheraton experiences!
