Welcome by the Front desk (Bassem Asiri) was beyond expectation. He was very helpful and went out of the way to answer our queries and accommodate us. As his name means he was a smiling mascot.

The breakfast at the hotel is not upto the standard. Variety of food offered is not upto the mark compared to star ratings. Inexperienced chef or a trainee was serving at the live kitchen counter and he mixed up our order with others due to poor communication skills.

I booked the place for my parents and they were very happy. The location was one of the best in city. It was easier access to most tourist sites. Eventhough its quite old but the service and amenities are decent. The staff was very helpful throughout.

Excellent breakfast spread. Location is very scenic and convenient

Television internet connectivity should be available. Only Arabic channels are available which was short of expectation as international customer.

The location is amazing! I could see the Abha dam from my hotel window. The staff was incredibly helpful, made me feel like a king. The room was exactly like the pictures, the cleanliness was superb. The included breakfast was delicious.

Please have clearer signs for the parking area, it was not clear which parking stalls are available for guests and which aren't.

The hospitality of the front disc, the location of the hotel and the view of the mountains around the hotel also the luxury of the rooms of the hotel with the classic furniture gave me a since of greatness really thank you so much for such an atmospheres

Not enough electricity plug in room, especially no plug next to bed table . No umbrella in hotel. I guess is better to have shower instead of bath

A Tranquil Hotel location and setting that I love most.The view from our room is a lovely mountainous scenery.The hotel is so clean ,provides everyday service from cleaning the while room ,the availability of toiletries everyday and new blankies and pillowcases or whenever you needed it.

Nothing that much except that I wish there was at least a microwave oven to reheat our food since the place is quite cold,for a Family to save the leftover food and to eat it anytime you want without ordering again.😅 But the fridge is available and kettle as well . We arrived there using the car rented from the airport (Yelo-Al Wefaq Rent a car-Tel no. 0112848222) , though all of it (transportation)can be provided by the hotel but a way too expensive for us already since we came there with the whole family of 4. This is an old but extremely lavish and well maintained facility. Staff seem to have worked their for a very long time and Ican tell they are loyal to their employer.

Comfortable rooms and well equipped. Location looking over Abha dam was lovely. Breakfast was very good.

It’s looking tired. For some reason not clear to me I wasn’t allowed to use the pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was basic. Location is problematic for business travel because of traffic.

Compared to other expensive hotels, the breakfast was basic.
