Nice room, good size, pleasant staff. Pool looked nice even though I didn't try it.

Electronically controlled lighting system in the room didn't work - maintenance needed to come and fix it - should have been checked beforehand. Didn't see many dining options despite size of hotel.

staff is always vey helpful. Very good breakfast. We had to leave early to go to Farasan Islands for the day. The staff prepared us a nice breakfast to take away, that was ready to pick-up at the reception when we left. Enjoy the swimming pool with my son. The pool is clean and well maintained.

the card to put in the slot for electricity was not working properly, and took us some time to get light in the room. We asked for an extra bed, which was brought to our bedroom in the evening, but another staff came around 22:30, when we were already sleeping as we had to leave in the early morning, to bring one again. He messed up with our card slot for electricity, and our lights were again switch-off for a while.

Nice place, excellent location. Great pool for kids and adults. Attentive staff. The buffet was excellent too as well as the restaurant staff.

Not the first time in Grand Millenium but this time the bathroom floor was not as clean as expected and a little bit smelly. However the room in general is fine. Walking all along the hotel main corridor to reach the place to buy a snack and go back to the pool is not practical. Hopefully something temporary otherwise not comfortable.

The Grand Millennium is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Saudi. The location is stunning, overlooking the sea, and the large infinity pool, fountain, and grounds (including tennis courts) are beautiful. It was a little further (15 minutes) from the city center than some of the other hotels but well worth it. The hotel is only a year old and so the rooms are modern and fresh. The hotel is decorated tastefully in local design. The service was also fantastic. The hotel manager was very helpful and so was Awatif. Her English and communication were really helpful. Thank you Awatif! For those looking to experience Farsan Island, we recommend calling the hotel to see what types of tours are available. It's hard to find information online. We went there direct by the free ferry which was interesting, but there is no help on the Island itself with regard to activities. We sense it is better to take a tour from Jizan to the island as they know the best spots to take you and the hotel is probably the best place to seek advice on these types of tours.

breakfast is very good. very nice swimming, available for men, women and kids outdoors. Very nice seaview from 7th floor, ideal for seabird watching, with view on the mangroves on the north. lot of place to park the car.

the buffet diner is a bit too pricy, although food is very good. one of the lift from carpark to entrance was out of order.

The room is clean and comfortable, spacious enough. It's easy to park, lot of space. The breakfast is nice, with good choice and variety of good food.

We booked a non sea-view room. We were on second floor, far right wing of the hotel. The view was not nice, as it is just over a large flat roof, even if we could see the sea in the back.

I liked how the suite was like a straight line which is a new idea. The cleanliness and the style of the suite. The sound proofing was perfect

There was butterflies in the suite. The service takes a long time and more than one call to be done. We ordered breakfast and there was an ant on the bread. The blankets were very heavy that we should put them away to get cold then put them on qhile we are asleep.
