The staff is very amiable. They present you with Arabic coffee and dates every single time you approach the reception. Honestly, they have some stiff competition with giants in the hotel business in Tabuk, and they sure are setting high standards. Keep up the good work! Not to forget, they added fresh orange juice and fresh fruits to the breakfast menu as requested by me in my previous review. Thank you.

The location is the best, coz easily access to all the tourist attractions in the city, and also near the Park mall Tabuk. Once we stepped inside the room, it gave us a positive vibe, with the bathtub and see through window(inside toilet), and the city view is amazing. Mr Turki patiencely gave a a lot of guidance about our own city tour, as well as nice restaurants near by. There was a few days we need to out from hotel earlier than the breakfast time, and the restaurant staff provided early breakfast through the room service. Overall, my friend and I love the service they provided.

They have saloon and massage services, but only for men. And the indoor pool is still under maintenance. Hopefully we can enjoy the pool next time.

This year each month I travel to Tabuk. Trying majorly good hotels. On my opinion it is the best choice. It is approximately on same level like big hotel on the entrance to the town, but much reasonable price. Staff is hospitable. Managed in good direction. Breakfast is perfect.

Very friendly staff and excellent amenities on offer. I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival and airport pick up was arranged patiently inspite of flight delays.

Excellent Service at Reception and Restaurant. Room was very clean and confortable. Good food . Hotel is very well located to go to Lulu Hypermarket or quick out of the city.

Be sure you get a quiet room ,one night they had a wedding party and it was noisy,otherwise very quiet.

Neat n Clean. Superbly Service friendly. Extremely Warm n welcoming staff. Special Shout out for Ms Abeer, Mr Mubarak, Mr. Saif, Mr. Faisal, Mr. Nur Nabi, Mr. Ronnie and so many of them who made our stay special n comfortable.

Excellent reception staff, facilities, breakfast is too good.

Room doors should have a soft stopper as it bangs while leaving the room and that sound is disturbing for other room guests on the same floor.
