Been repeating my stays at this hotel multiple times and still holds the charm. Although property is old with furniture, ACs, other fittings since years; but still well maintained. Comfy warm safe feeling with good facilities for family with kids, like pool, garden area with few rides, game courts, etc. Boating very nearby and central location with easy access to both town and RC. Excellent staff with special mention to the super girl 'ANSSAM' at FO who is an absolute customer service delight.

Business lounge needs to be opened post Covid. Parking spaces desperately need shades during summer. Breakfast needs to be improved and lack of towels at the Pool.

breakfast (there is area for improvement). Pancakes are not well cooked and there shall be some proper covers for some items since there are some flys in the restaurant. The entrance to the coffeehouse and garden shall be via the restaurant which I didn’t like. This I believe caused many flys and insects to fly around the restaurant. also I didn’t like the carpet. They are dirty and require cleaning.

The swimming pool was great and the staff was friendly. The room was big and clean. Special shoutout to Mohammed Sohan and Mohamed Islam, they stood out even more.

In general everything was great. The room was humid but this also has to do with the climate.

The hotel is neat and clean. And the staff is very helpful. I don't have any issues or problem during my stay. But the hotel is bit old. But over all it's good. Sure I will visit again if I go to yanbu.

The staff was very nice and make you feel comfortable all the time. They also gave us recommendations for places to visit in Yanbu. The breakfast is incredible.

We loved everything about our stay. It was our first trip to Yanbu and Radisson blu made it all the more special. The reception staff were excellent. Special mention to Ms. Anssam. She is a gem. She adjusted our check out time and was so accommodating about it. Helped us a lot, especially since we have little kids. These small gestures made a lot of difference, as we felt so welcome and special. All the other staff at the hotel were also, very courteous and hospitable. The rooms were clean and just perfect. Bathroom was clean and tidy. It is quite an old property but very well maintained and clean. Special highlight was the wonderful pool. My kids loved every moment in it. There is separate timing for men and women. Hence, there was good privacy. The pool was quite big so both adults and kids could enjoy it. It is an open air pool. It has all the facilities attached to it like bathrooms and changing/shower rooms. There is also an attached gym. The restaurant menu is quite reasonable. The grounds around the hotel is huge. Families can sit and have coffee while the kids can play at the small play area. Lush green gardens give it a picturesque look. We stayed during the national day weekend, so there was this fun celebration and cake cutting at the hotel lobby with music and hors d'oeuvres for all the guests and staff at the hotel. The city center is only a few kms away. The boating marina is just a 15 min drive from the hotel. Not to mention ample parking space at the hotel grounds which made everything so convenient. We will definitely stay at Radisson Blu on our next visit to Yanbu. Loved it!

It would have been better if there was some one appointed at the health club so that when we need something at the pool, steam room or the gym, we have some one to contact.

Breakfast was good. Selection of food was very nice and restaurant was clean.

Your air conditioner in rooms needs to be changed. Air-conditions in rooms are obsolete type.
