Everything was perfect! Great location for visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Hotel is really clean throughout. Nice size room with comfortable beds. Nice pool and jacuzzi. One of the best free breakfasts of any hotel we’ve stayed at. We had very little interaction with any of the front desk staff, but Tammy who did breakfast was wonderful! She talked to us for several minutes and even recommended we check out the enchanted highway on our way out of town (which we did and it was great)!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Put Out the damn French vanilla out at the coffee kiosk before breakfast not afterwards..had to go and find the pleasant lady who was taking care of the breakfast and ask her where the French vanilla coffee creamer was.. she said Marriott has a “thing’ about not putting them out until afterwards.. cheap !!!!

The 1 bedroom kitchen suite was nice to have since my toddler goes to bed so early. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and conversational, especially the breakfast hostesses. The front desk staff helped find some pots and pans to better suit our kitchen needs than what was in our room. The water in the pool was nice and warm.

The breakfast on the second day was a little weak. They had individually packaged waffles, but no toaster or microwave set out to heat them up. The pool was also empty of pool towels, and didn't get restocked after we asked. However there was a full house with some sports teams for our first night so maybe they were just behind on laundry.

Nice Refrigerator & other appliances. We’ve able to prepare our cottage cheese salad that night to take to our family reunion the following morning. The bed is comfy. The room is nice & clean. Good location of the hotel. It’s easy to find

The pillow are so soft . We need to use our own pillows. The television is not working. We end up using our iPad & cel phones to watch movies. We’ve got our room in the 2nd floor. We heard all the noise came from 1st floor & 3rd floor. That was so disturbing & annoying. Needs to be addressed.

Location was perfect for our visit to TRNP. Rate was surprisingly reasonable, $118/night. Loved the suite with a kitchen and used it to prepare suppers and lunches for your 3 night stay in the area. The breakfast choices were nice, especially like the frittatas and the choices of milk. When I needed stamps for postcards to my grans the front desk sold me a pac of 20 and took the cards for mailing - great! I recommended the TownePlace Suites on FB

Entry was alittle awkward on a slope but not a big problem.

good location, clean property, and great staff

we got the last room, and it was the handicap room. I understand that they have to put all of the equipment in the shower, however when the equipment for handrails impede the showerhead selection that’s not very convenient for handicap. Also, the detachable showerhead did not sit on its mount correctly.

Kitchen missing a lot of items..One spoon, no fry pan, it all looked a bit worn out..room getting tired looking..howling wind thru the air conditioner all night long..

The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was perfect for us to relax in after a long day of traveling.

The coffee was terrible 😫 Please have more delivery options besides pizza available.

Everything was perfectly fine. Nothing really stands out because there were zero issues with our stay. If I had to pick out one thing, the gentleman at check-in was unusualy nice and helpfull.

Staff was great. Jennifer at front desk very nice friendly and found time to visit with you. Buffet breakfast was awesome, didn’t get the lady’s name but she made sure you had everything you need. Definitely will be staying here again.
